骨质疏松诊治中心

丹阳市人民医院骨科、内分泌科、风湿科、康复科、影像科、临床检测中心等多科协作，由接受过骨质疏松诊疗规范化培训的相关专家组成我市唯一的骨质疏松症诊治中心，旨在加强中老年人预防骨质疏松症的意识，减少骨质疏松症所带来的危害，做到早预防早治疗，提高患者的生活质量。同时引进了全球最先进的骨密度测定仪——美国GE高级双能X线骨密度测定仪对骨质疏松症进行风险评估，提示人们发生骨质疏松的风险。该中心成立以来，开展了经皮椎体成形术（PVP）和经皮后凸成形术（PKP）等各种治疗骨质疏松引起椎体压缩性骨折的微创介入技术，不需要开刀，在清晰的电视透视下，通过特制的导管向被破坏的椎体内注入骨水泥，支撑起塌陷的椎体，将椎体加固起来，增强椎体的稳定性，相当于重新为患者筑起一道支撑椎体的"城墙"。手术一般在局麻下进行，一次治疗大概需要30到40分钟时间，手术安全性好，即使身体虚弱的患者也可以接受此治疗。治疗后，95％的患者能显著缓解疼痛，功能恢复。椎体成形术的治疗作用快速、持久，具有明显的控制疼痛、加固椎体的作用，其良好的疗效是传统的治疗方法所不能比拟的。骨质疏松诊疗中心的特点：一、多科协作有助于整合各科资源，促进和完善骨质疏松症患者的综合诊治；二、先进的诊断技术保证骨质疏松患者的早期明确诊断和治疗；三、根据患者处于骨质疏松的不同病期，采取在多科协作的基础上结合专科治疗，如骨质疏松合并脊柱骨折就要骨科专科治疗。这样不但确保了诊断的准确性，同时为患者提供了科学的、个性化的、规范的治疗方案。TheosteoporosisdiagnosisandtreatmentcenterofDanyangPeople’shospital,theonlyoneinthecity,iscomposedofrelevantexpertswhohavereceivedstandardizedtraininginosteoporosisdiagnosisandtreatment.Thecenter,establishedundermultipartycooperationofthedepartmentsofOrthopaedics,Endocrinology,Rheumatology,Rehabilitation,Imaging,ClinicalTesting,etc.,ofDanyangPeople"sHospital,aimstostrengthentheawarenessofpreventionofosteoporosisinmiddle-agedandelderlypeople,reducetheharmcausedbyosteoporosisandimprovethequalityoflifeofpatients.Atthesametime,theworld"smostadvancedbonedensitymeter,theUSGEAdvancedDual-EnergyX-rayBoneDensitometer,hasbeenintroducedtoassesstheriskofosteoporosisandwarnpeopleabouttheriskofosteoporosis.Sinceitsestablishment,thecenterhasdevelopedaminimallyinvasiveinterventionaltechniqueforthetreatmentofvertebralcompressionfracturescausedbyosteoporosis,suchaspercutaneousvertebroplasty(PVP)andpercutaneouskyphoplasty(PKP).UnderclearTVfluoroscopy,aspecialcatheterisusedtoinjectbonecementintothedamagedvertebralbodytosupportthecollapsedvertebralbody,strengthenthevertebralbodyandenhancethestabilityofthevertebralbody,whichisequivalenttore-establishingasupport-a"wall"thatsupportsthevertebralbodyforthepatient.Surgeryisusuallyperformedunderlocalanesthesia.Ittakesabout30to40minutesforasingletreatment.Theoperationissafe,andevenpatientswithweakhealthcanreceivethistreatment.Aftertreatment,95%ofpatientscansignificantlyrelievepainandrestorefunction.Thetherapeuticeffectofvertebroplastyisfastandlong-lasting,andithasobviouseffectsofcontrollingpainandstrengtheningthevertebralbody.Itsgoodcurativeeffectisunmatchedbytraditionaltreatmentmethods.Thecharacteristicsoftheosteoporosisdiagnosisandtreatmentcenter:First,multi-disciplinarycooperationhelpstointegratevariousresourcestopromoteandimprovethecomprehensivediagnosisandtreatmentofosteoporosispatients;Secondly,advanceddiagnostictechniquescanensureearlydiagnosisandtreatmentofpatientswithosteoporosisThirdly,accordingtothepatient"sdifferentstagesofosteoporosis,usejointtreatmentbasedonmulti-disciplinarycollaboration.Forexample,osteoporosiscombinedwithspinalfracturesrequiresorthopedicspecialisttreatment.Thisnotonlyensurestheaccuracyofthediagnosis,butalsoprovidespatientswithascientific,personalizedandstandardizedtreatmentplan.骨质疏松症门诊时间：周一下午：王树金主任医师；周二下午：袁锁娟/方利平副主任医师；周三上午：黄勇副主任医师；周五下午：郦文琴副主任医师；周六上午：周立建副主任医师骨质疏松症门诊专家介绍：王树金：创伤中心主任，主任医师，镇江市骨科专业委员会委员，现主要从事颈椎病、骨质疏松、骨科微创治疗及骨科并发症防治研究。郦文琴：副主任医师，镇江市内分泌专业委员会委员，擅长及糖尿病其并发症、甲状腺疾病、垂体疾病、肾上腺及代谢性骨病（骨质疏松）的诊治。黄勇：副主任医师，硕士研究生。擅长骨质疏松症及骨矿盐疾病，糖尿病，甲状腺及甲状旁腺疾病的诊治。袁锁娟：副主任医师，镇江市风湿病专业委员会委员，擅长系统性红斑狼、多肌炎、风湿类风湿性关节炎、骨性关节炎、骨质疏松症等疾病的诊治。方利平：副主任医师，硕士研究生，擅长风湿类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、骨质疏松症等疾病的诊治。周立建：副主任医师，硕士研究生，较早的将微创理念应用于骨科治疗，在镇江地区率先开展经皮椎体成型术，在研课题"镇江市老年人退变性脊柱侧弯流行病学调查和危险因素分析"。
