血液科

丹阳市人民医院血液科创建于1994年，主要从事各种血液系统疾病的诊断和治疗，如再生障碍性贫血、溶血性贫血、骨髓增生异常综合征、淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓瘤、急慢性白血病的诊治。目前有血液专科医师6名，其中，主任医师1名，副主任医师1名，硕士研究生3名，所有专科医师分别在国内著名三级医院专科进修深造。我科目前开展了骨髓穿刺、骨髓活检、骨髓细胞学检查、组化染色、白血病免疫分型、白血病的微小残留病灶检测、染色体检查，白血病融合基因检测，基因二代测序。开展了环孢素、甲氨蝶呤血药浓度测定。腰穿鞘內注射治疗中枢神经系统白血病及淋巴瘤。大剂量MTX、大剂量Ara-C治疗急性白血病和淋巴瘤。先后开展了地西他滨联合三氧化二砷治疗骨髓增生异常综合征和老年白血病，硼替佐米治疗多发性骨髓瘤，氟达拉滨治疗难治性急性髓系白血病，利妥昔单抗治疗免疫性血小板减少症，西达本胺治疗T细胞淋巴瘤等多项业务。成功抢救一例粒细胞缺乏时间长达33天的患者。对血液系统疾病的诊断和治疗积累了丰富的临床经验。年门诊人次约5000余人，住院人次约600余人。有固定床位25张，近年在省级以上杂志发表专科论文十余篇，承担南通大学医学院和南京医科大学康达学院本科班血液系统教学任务。TheDepartmentofHematologyofDanyangPeople"sHospital,establishedin1994,ismainlyengagedinthediagnosisandtreatmentofvariousbloodsystemdiseases,suchasaplasticanemia,hemolyticanemia,myelodysplasticsyndrome,lymphoma,multiplemyeloma,acuteandchronicleukemia.Atpresent,thereare6bloodspecialists,including1chiefphysician,1deputychiefphysician,and3postgraduatestudents.Allspecialistshavebeentodomesticfamousthird-levelhospitalsforfurtherstudy.Thedepartmentcurrentlycarriesoutbonemarrowaspiration,bonemarrowbiopsy,bonemarrowcytology,histochemicalstaining,leukemiaimmunophenotyping,detectionofminimalresidualdiseaseinleukemia,chromosomeexamination,leukemiafusiongenedetectionandgenesecondgenerationsequencing.Thedepartmentalsodoesthedeterminationofbloodconcentrationofcyclosporineandmethotrexate.Centralnervoussystemleukemiaandlymphomaaretreatedwithintrathecalinjectionandacuteleukemiaandlymphomaaretreatedwithhigh-doseMTXandhigh-doseAra-C.Furthermore,avarietyoftreatmentoptionshavebeenlaunchedsuchasdecitabinecombinedwitharsenictrioxideinthetreatmentofmyelodysplasticsyndromeandsenileleukemia,bortezomibinthetreatmentofmultiplemyeloma,fludarabineusedforrefractoryacutemyeloidleukemia,rituximabforimmunethrombocytopenia,andcitalopramforT-celllymphomaetc.Thedepartmenthassuccessfullyrescuedapatientwithagranulocytedeficiencyforupto33days.Sofar,thedepartmenthasaccumulatedrichclinicalexperienceinthediagnosisandtreatmentofbloodsystemdiseases,withabout5,000outpatientsandabout600inpatientsperyear.Inrecentyears,thestaffmembershavepublishedovertenpapersinmagazinesaboveprovinciallevel,andtheyhavealsoundertakentheteachingtasksofbloodsystemcourseforundergraduateclassesoftheMedicalCollegeofNantongUniversityandKangdaCollegeofNanjingMedicalUniversity.血液科负责人介绍张新龙：主任医师，血液科主任，镇江医学会血液专业委员会副主任委员，南京医科大学康达学院内科学兼职副教授。镇江市特药责任医师，镇江市医学会医疗鉴定专家库成员，国家基本医疗保险药品目录调整遴选专家，江苏省研究型医院学会淋巴瘤基层工作组委员，江苏省研究型医院学会贫血分会委员，从事内科血液系统疾病的诊治工作近三十年，曾赴苏州大学第一附属医院，上海长海医院进修，擅长白血病、骨髓增生异常综合征、多发性骨髓瘤、淋巴瘤等血液系统疾病的诊断和治疗，在核心期刊及省级以上杂志发表论文十余篇。专家门诊时间：血液科周一全天专科门诊时间：血液科周一至周五全天，周六上午电话号码:051186902415
