输血科

丹阳市人民医院输血科成立于2007年，其主要职能是负责临床用血的技术实施和技术指导，确保供血、储血、配血和科学合理用血措施的执行。现对输血科概况介绍如下:一、实验室面积：输血科现有面积230平方米，设有储血室、血型室、配血室、血液接收室、发血室、资料室等功能间。二、实验室人员结构：现有工作人员6人,均是经过输血专业理论和实验技术培训合格的具有专业技术职称的医疗、检验专业毕业的人员。其中本科6人，高级职称2人，中级职称3人，初级职称1人。三、主要仪器设备：强生全自动血型及配血分析系统、储血冰箱、血小板振荡仪、冰冻血浆解冻箱、血液加温仪、冷链温控系统、血库型专用离心机、显微镜、热和机等先进的检验设备，四、实验室开展的血型血清学实验项目：常规开展输血相容性检测（微柱凝胶法ABO正反定型、RH（D）血型测定、交叉配血、抗体筛选试验）。五、实验室项目质控及信息化建设：所有项目均开展室内质控，参加卫计委、省级临床检验中心组织的室间质评活动，成绩连续多年优秀；输血信息化管理系统已与医院信息系统（HIS）联网，所有业务均采用计算机管理。六、开展的主要业务有临床供血：24小时提供全院临床手术、治疗及抢救用血，建立绿色通道用血，完善血液应急预案。供应临床的血液成分有：悬浮少白细胞红细胞、洗涤红细胞、机采血小板、病毒灭活血浆、新鲜冰冻血浆、冷沉淀、稀有血液制品等。现在医院成分输血率为99.8%以上，同时参与全院临床科室的疑难病例讨论及输血病例的临床会诊，指导和监督临床科学合理用血。七、教学与科研：承担了江苏大学、南通大学以及其他医学院校的实习带教、下级医院临床输血工作人员的进修培养任务。科室人员在中华及中文核心期刊上发表文章20多篇。TheDepartmentofBloodTransfusionofDanyangPeople"sHospitalwasestablishedin2007forthetechnicalmanagementandguidanceofclinicalbloodusetoensuretheimplementationofscientificandrationaluseofbloodmeasuresincludingbloodsupply,bloodstorageandbloodmatchingetc.Theprofileofthedepartmentisasfollows:First,thelaboratoryarea:theexistingareaofthebloodtransfusiondepartmentis230squaremeters,withvariousfunctionalroomssuchasabloodstorageroom,abloodtyperoom,abloodmatchingroom,abloodreceivingroom,ablooddistributionroom,dataroometc.II,thelaboratorypersonnelstructure:thedepartmenthasanexistingstaffof6,allofwhomarequalifiedmedicalandlaboratorygraduateswithprofessionaltechnicaltitles:2withseniortitles,3withintermediatetitles,and1withjuniortitle.III,advancedtestingequipment:Johnsonautomaticbloodtypeandblooddistributionanalysissystem,bloodstoragerefrigerator,plateletoscillator,frozenplasmathawingbox,bloodwarminginstrument,coldchaintemperaturecontrolsystem,specialcentrifugeforbloodbank,microscope,heatingmixeretc.IV.Blood-typeserologicalexperimentalprojectscarriedoutroutinelyinthelaboratory:transfusioncompatibilitytests(ABOpositiveandnegativestereotypesbymicrocolumngelmethod,RH(D)bloodgroupdetermination,cross-matching,antibodyscreeningtest).V.Qualitycontrolandinformationconstructionoflaboratoryprojects:Allprojectsareunderindoorqualitycontrol,andhavebeenassessedasexcellentformanyyearsintheinter-roomqualityevaluationactivitiesorganizedbytheHealthPlanningCommissionandtheprovincialclinicaltestingcenter.ThebloodtransfusioninformationmanagementsystemhasbeennetworkedwithTheHospitalInformationSystem(HIS)andallbusinessesaremanagedbycomputersnow.VI,Themainbusinesscarriedoutisclinicalbloodsupply:24hoursofbloodsupplyisavailableforclinicalsurgery,treatmentandrescueinthewholehospital;buildgreenchannelforemergencybloodsupplyandimprovebloodemergencyplan.Theclinicalbloodcomponentsare:suspensionofleukocyteredbloodcells,washingredbloodcells,machineplatelets,virusinactivatedplasma,freshfrozenplasma,cryoprecipitate,rarebloodproductsetc.Atpresent,thecomponentbloodtransfusionrateisover99.8%inthehospital.Moreover,specialistsofthedepartmentparticipateactivelyinthediscussionofdifficultcasesinvariousclinicaldepartmentsofthehospitalandprovideguidanceandsupervisionontheclinicaluseofbloodtransfusion.VII.TeachingandScientificResearch:thedepartmentundertakesthetrainingforinternsfrommedicalcollegesofJiangsuUniversity,NantongUniversityetc,aswellasthetrainingtasksforclinicalbloodtransfusionstaffinhospitalsoflowerlevel.Andthedepartmentstaffhavepublishedmorethan20articlesinChinesecorejournalssofar.联系电话：86523610
