烧伤整形外科

丹阳市人民医院整形美容烧外科是集临床医疗、教学和科研为一体的专业科室，该学科是镇江市最早开展整形美容和烧伤医疗服务的专业外科之一。建科二十余年来，在老一辈专家的共同努力下，手术切口瘢痕控制技术上在镇江地区已经处于领先地位。目前科室有医师3名，其中主任医师1名，副主任医师1名，其中硕士1名。平均年收治约400余例专科患者，年门诊量约为2000例次。科室主要业务包括整形修复、美容外科、器官功能重建、烧（烫）伤救治、创伤修复、慢性溃疡创面修复、显微外科等专业。治疗各种体表肿瘤和病变，如色素痣、疣、囊肿、腋臭、皮肤良恶性肿瘤，皮肤软组织巨大肿瘤以及肿瘤修复；综合性治疗各类疤痕和瘢痕疙瘩，尤其对手术切口瘢痕的控制有特色；各类血管瘤的综合治疗；治疗各类先天性畸形，如唇裂、先天性小耳和无耳畸形、先天性多指、并指等；治疗各种先天性和外伤后手部疾患；与骨科、普外科、胸心外科等科室合作，采用皮瓣修复复杂性、难治性创面和窦道；结合负压引流技术特色治疗技术各类慢性溃疡。开展各类美容手术，包括综合重睑术、综合眼袋祛除术、综合（耳软骨、肋软骨、假体）隆鼻术、面部除皱术、下颌部整形、颧部整形、吸脂术（面部、腰腹部环吸、臀部、大腿内侧、上臂内侧）、隆乳术、乳房缩小术、综合（吸脂+腹壁皮肤切除）腹壁整形术、女性会阴部整形术（阴蒂缩小、小阴唇肥大、阴道紧缩）等，取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。对大面积深度烧伤、特殊原因（电烧伤、化学烧伤、热轧伤等）烧伤的抢救和治疗有着丰富的经验。器官再造：各类乳房再造、耳再造、鼻再造等。开展了乳房下垂直切口巨乳缩小（上提）术、颞部小切口除皱术、小切口超薄皮瓣法及抽吸法腋臭治疗、大剂量自体脂肪颗粒注射隆乳、纳米脂肪全面部填充塑形等适宜新技术新方法，取得了良好的效果。在头面部美容外科、乳房整形再造、皮肤癌、头颈部肿瘤切除修复、胸腹壁巨大肿瘤切除及胸腹壁重建等方面逐渐形成了科室特色。TheDepartmentofCosmeticandBurnsurgeryofDanyangPeople"sHospitalisaprofessionaldepartmentintegratingclinicalmedicine,teachingandscientificresearch.ItisoneoftheearliestprofessionalsurgeriesinZhenjiangtocarryoutplasticandburnmedicalservices.Overthepast20years,withthejointeffortsoftheoldergenerationofexperts,surgicalincisionscarcontroltechnologyhasbeenintheleadingpositioninZhenjiangarea.Atpresent,therearethreedoctorsinthedepartment,includingonechiefphysicianandonedeputychiefphysician,includingonemaster.Morethan400patientsweretreatedeveryyearinourdepartment.Theaveragenumberofoutpatientvisitsperyearisabout2000.ThemainbusinessofourDepartmentincludestheplasticrepair,cosmeticsurgery,organfunctionreconstruction,burn(scald)treatment,woundrepair,chroniculcerwoundrepair,microsurgery,andsoon.OurDepartmenttreatsvarioussurfacetumorsandlesions,suchaspigmentednevus,warts,cysts,axillaryosmidrosis,benignandmalignantskintumors,giantskinandsofttissuetumors,andtumorrepair.Weusecomprehensivetreatmenttotreatallkindsofscarsandkeloids.Controllingscarhyperplasiaafterhealingofsurgicalincisionisouradvantage.Allkindsofhemangiomaweretreatedbycomprehensivemethods.Ourdepartmentcantreatvariouscongenitalmalformations,suchascleftlip,congenitalmicrotiaandaneuria,congenitalpolydactyly,syndactyly,etc.Wecantreatvariouscongenitalandpost-traumatichanddiseases.Wecooperatewithorthopaedics,generalsurgery,thoracicandcardiacsurgerydepartmentstorepaircomplex,refractorywoundsandsinuseswithskinflaps,andtotreatchroniculcerswithnegativepressuredrainagetechnology.Weusenegativepressuredrainagetechnologytotreatchroniculcers.Ourdepartmentcarriesoutvariouskindsofcosmeticoperations,includingcomprehensivedoubleeyelidsurgery,comprehensivepouchremovalsurgery,comprehensiveaugmentationrhinoplasty(earcartilage,costalcartilage,prosthesis),facialrhinoplasty,mandibularplasticsurgery,zygomaticplasticsurgery,liposuction(face,waistandabdomen,hip,thighmedial,upperarmmedial),augmentationmammaplasty,breastreductionsurgery,comprehensive(liposuction+abdominalwallskinexcision)abdominalwallplasticsurgery.Surgery,femaleperinealplasticsurgery(clitoralreduction,labiaminorhypertrophy,vaginalconstriction,hymenrepair),etc.Wehaverichexperienceintherescueandtreatmentofextensivedeepburnsandburnsofspecialcauses(electricburns,chemicalburns,hotrollinginjuries,etc.).Organreconstruction:varioustypesofbreastreconstruction,earreconstruction,nasalreconstruction,etc.Wehavedevelopedsomenewtechniques,suchasreductionofmammoplastythroughverticalincisionunderbreast,rhytidectomythroughsmalltemporalincision,smallincisionultrathinskinflapandnegativepressuresuctionmethodfortreatmentofUnderarmodor,breastaugmentationbyinjectinglargedosesofautologousfatgranules,andtotalfacialnano-fatfillingandshaping.Allofthesehaveachievedgoodresults.OurDepartmenthasgraduallyformeditsowncharacteristicsinheadandfacecosmetology,breastplasticandreconstruction,skincancer,headandnecktumorresectionandrepair,resectionofhugetumorsinchestandabdominalwallandreconstructionofchestandabdominalwall.整形美容烧伤外科学科带头人简介：夏云：整形美容烧伤科科主任，副主任医师，美容外科主诊医师，2012年硕士毕业于江苏大学医学院；2013年在第四军医大学附属西京医院整形科进修学习；中国抗衰老促进会医学美容专业委员会委员，江苏省医疗保险专家库成员，江苏省烧伤救治应急专家库成员，镇江市医学会烧伤创伤整形分会委员兼秘书；参与国家自然科学基金项目1项；在中华系列杂志及核心期刊发表论文多篇。2004-2018在镇江市第一人民医院工作。整形美容外科专家门诊时间：夏云副主任医师周一全天王延明主任医师周三全天联系电话：0511－8655301713511693093
