普外科

普通外科现状我院普通外科始建于1986年10月，是以临床为中心，集医疗、教学、科研为一体的综合性科室，在丹阳市普外科医学发展史中最早独立成立科室。目前是镇江市重点科室，目前共有床位87张，专科床位使用率达82%。年出院人数达4000余人次，年手术量达3000余台，四级手术比例逐年上升，全科医、护共73名,其中主任医师3名、副主任医师6人、护师43人。专科在严重创伤（多发伤）、严重感染的临床诊治技术及复杂外科大手术（如：胰腺十二指肠切除术）及微创技术（腹腔下胃肠道肿瘤手术、腔镜下甲状腺手术）已达省市先进水平。现学科带头人颜云鹏主任，是南通大学医学院教授，镇江市普外科专业委员会副主任委员，擅长各种外科大手术及危重症抢救和治疗。学科带头人毛须平副主任，是南通大学医学院副教授，南通大学附属丹阳市人民医院外科教研室主任，任江苏省胃癌抗癌协会委员，擅长各种胃肠道微创手术及危重症抢救和治疗。目前我普外科分为胃肠外科、肝胆外科、甲状腺乳腺科、疝血管科、肛肠科等亚专科。AstheearliestindependentdepartmentinthehistoryofgeneralsurgeryinDanyangCity,thegeneralsurgeryofourhospitalfoundedinOctober1986,isacomprehensivedepartmentintegratingmedicaltreatment,teachingandscientificresearchcenteredonclinicalpractice.Now,itisakeydepartmentofZhenjiangCitywith87bedswhoserateofutilizationis82%.Thenumberofdischargedpatientsreachesmorethan4,000peryear.AndOver3,000operationsareperformedannually,withtheproportionoflevel4surgeryincreasingyearbyyear.Thereare73doctorsandnurses,including3chiefphysicians,6deputychiefphysiciansand43nurses.Severetrauma(multipleinjuries),clinicaldiagnosisandtreatmenttechniquesforsevereinfectionsandcomplicatedsurgicalmajoroperations(suchaspancreaticduodenalresection)andminimallyinvasivetechniques(peritonealgastrointestinaltumorsurgery,endoscopicthyroidsurgery)havereachedadvancedleveloftheprovince.DirectorYanYunpeng,thecurrentacademicleader,isaprofessorattheMedicalCollegeofNantongUniversityandadeputydirectoroftheGeneralSurgeryCommitteeofZhenjiangCity.Heisgoodatvariousmajorsurgicaloperationsandtherescueandtreatmentofcriticallyillpatients.AssociateDirectorMaoXuping,alsoanacademicleader,isanassociateprofessorattheMedicalCollegeofNantongUniversity,andamemberoftheJiangsuProvincialAnticancerAssociationofGastriccancer.Hespecializesinvariousminimallyinvasivesurgeryandtherescueandtreatmentofthecriticallyill.Atpresent,thegeneralsurgeryisdividedintosub-specializedsectionssuchasgastrointestinalsurgery,hepatobiliarysurgery,thyroidbreast,vasculature,andanorectalandsoon.各亚专科已开展的主要技术项目1、胃肠外科能够开展腹部消化道各种疑难复杂的手术，常规开展全胃切除后的多种空肠代胃术，腹腔镜下胃癌根治+D2淋巴结清扫术、腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术、早期胃癌的保留幽门胃切除手术、超低位直肠癌保肛手术等。2、肝胆外科较早开展了胰十二指肠切除术、保留幽门的胰十二指肠切除术、半肝切除、肝门胆管癌切除术，复杂的胆道多次手术等大型复杂手术，在专科微创手术中，较早开展了腹腔镜下胆囊切除术、脾脏切除术、腹腔镜下电子胆道镜双镜联合手术。3、甲状腺乳腺外科能够开展各种复杂的甲状腺手术包括各种甲状腺癌的颈清术、规范的乳腺癌治疗及乳腺癌的保乳手术。4、疝和腹壁及血管外科可开展各种疝的常规和腹腔镜下的疝修补术，下肢大隐静脉曲张、深静脉瓣膜功能不全、动脉瘤、血管瘤等常见的血管疾病的手术治疗。
