医学检验科

一，科室概况丹阳市人民医院检验科成立于1950年，经过几代检验工作者的不懈共同努力，获得镇江市临床重点专科，江苏省检验科规范建设优秀单位，省临检中心质量控制工作优秀单位、镇江市人民满意医院示范窗口、四星级党员示范岗、五一文明班组等荣誉,近几年，在上级领导的指导支持下，科室同仁一致努力，在人才、技术、质量、科研等方面有了一定的进步，同时全科人员重视患者安全，切实坚持医疗质量与安全持续改进，大限度为广大患者和临床提供优质服务。检验科现有面积1600.00平方米，按Ⅱ级生物安全实验室建设，设有标本采集与处理室、生物化学检验组、免疫检验组、微生物检验组、门急诊检验组、中心实验室（含血液学组、分子生物实验室）6个诊疗专业组。实验室现有医技人员49人，高级10人，中级17人，初级22人；检验医师2人；博士1人，硕士7人，硕研在读5人，医生队伍本科比例100%，研究生比例16.3%。有江苏省"双创计划"博士1人，镇江市科技骨干1人，"312五期工程"学术技术带头人1人。实验室按省三级医院检验科技术要求，配备一大批先进的全自动分析仪器与设备，同时配置了流式细胞仪、质谱仪、测序仪、细胞培养、WesternBlot等科研教学设施与设备。2010、2015、2019年基因扩增实验室通过省临检中心评价验收、复审、扩项。常规开展各种标本的临床化学、血液学、体液学、免疫学、微生物学、分子生物学等检验项目510项，临床可在HIS系统选择568项检验项目组合申请，并建立完善的生命危急值报告制度，连续多年参加卫计委临床检验中心、江苏省临检中心的室间质评及室内质控评价，成绩优异；实验室信息系统（LIS）与医院信息系统（HIS）联网，向LIMS发展。实验室设有南通大学医学院、南京医科大中北学院临床医学检验教研组，先后承担南通大学、江苏大学等大学医学检验专业实习教学任务。同时实验室同仁积极参与多项临床科研工作，先后获省卫生厅科技引进二等奖一项、镇江市科技进步奖三等奖二项、丹阳市科技进步奖五项；近三年，以第一作者在核心期刊发表专业论文10篇，一项市级课题结题，一项国家自然科学基金青年基金，一项省级重点实验室，两项镇江市、一项丹阳市科研项目均在进行中。ThelaboratoryofDanyangpeople"shospitalwasfoundedin1950.Withtheunremittingeffortsofseveralgenerationsoflaboratoryworkers,ithaswonthehonorsofZhenjiangclinicalkeyspecialty,Jiangsuprovinciallaboratorystandardconstructionexcellentunit,provincialclinicalinspectioncenterqualitycontrolexcellentunit,Zhenjiangpeople"ssatisfactionhospitaldemonstrationwindow,four-starPartymemberdemonstrationpost,May1stcivilizationteam,etc,Inrecentyears,undertheguidanceandsupportofthesuperiorleaders,theDepartmentcolleagueshavemadeconcertedeffortstomakecertainprogressinpersonnel,technology,quality,scientificresearchandotheraspects.Atthesametime,thegeneralpractitionersattachimportancetothesafetyofpatients,practicallyadheretothecontinuousimprovementofmedicalqualityandsafety,andlargelyprovidehigh-qualityservicesforthemajorityofpatientsandclinicalpatients.Thelaboratorynowcoversanareaof1600.00squaremeters,andstrivestobuildaclassIIbiosafetylaboratory.Ithas6professionaldiagnosisandtreatmentgroups,includingspecimencollectionandprocessingroom,biochemicaltestgroup,immunetestgroup,microbiologicaltestgroup,outpatientandemergencytestgroup,andcentrallaboratory(includinghematologygroupandmolecularbiologicallaboratory).Atpresent,thereare49staffinthelaboratory,10seniorstaff,17intermediatestaff,22juniorstaff,2laboratorydoctors,2senior,1doctor,7master"sdegrees,5Master"sdegrees,25undergraduatecourses,100%doctorsand16.3%postgraduates.Thereisonedoctorof"entrepreneurshipandInnovationProgram"inJiangsuProvince,onebackboneofscienceandtechnologyinZhenjiangCity,andoneacademicandtechnicalleaderof312fivephaseproject.Thelaboratoryisequippedwithalargenumberofadvancedfull-automaticanalyticalinstrumentsandequipmentaccordingtothetechnicalrequirementsofthelaboratoryofprovincialthirdlevelhospital,aswellasflowcytometer,massspectrometer,sequencer,cellculture,Westernblotandotherscientificresearchandteachingfacilitiesandequipment.In2010,2015and2019,thegeneamplificationlaboratorypassedtheevaluation,acceptance,reviewandexpansionoftheprovincialtemporaryinspectioncenter.510itemsofclinicalchemistry,hematology,humoralscience,immunology,microbiology,molecularbiologyandothertestitemsofvariousspecimensareroutinelycarriedout.568testitemcombinationapplicationscanbeselectedinhissystem,andacompletelifecriticalvaluereportingsystemcanbeestablished.Formanyyears,wehaveparticipatedintheinterLaboratoryqualityassessmentandindoorqualitycontrolevaluationoftheclinicaltestcenterofthehealthandFamilyPlanningCommissionandtheclinicaltestcenterofJiangsuProvince,Excellentperformance;laboratoryinformationsystem(LIS)andhospitalinformationsystem(his)networking,toLIMSdevelopment.ThelaboratoryhasthemedicalschoolofNantongUniversityandtheclinicalmedicallaboratoryteachingandresearchgroupofZhongbeiCollegeofNanjingMedicalUniversity.IthassuccessivelyundertakentheinternshipteachingtaskofmedicallaboratoryspecialtyofNantongUniversityandJiangsuUniversity.Atthesametime,thelaboratorycolleaguesactivelyparticipatedinanumberofclinicalscientificresearchwork,andsuccessivelywononesecondprizeofscienceandtechnologyintroductionofProvincialDepartmentofhealth,twothirdprizeofZhenjiangCityScienceandtechnologyprogress,andfiveDanyangCityScienceandtechnologyprogressawards.Inrecentthreeyears,thefirstauthorpublished10professionalpapersincorejournals,onemunicipaltopic,oneNationalNaturalScienceFundforyouth,andoneprovincialkeypracticeLaboratory:twoscientificresearchprojectsinZhenjiangandoneinDanyangareinprogress.二，开展项目（1）临床血液学：血常规、溶血、凝血、纤溶、血流变和骨髓细胞学检测等试验（2）临床体液学：尿液、粪便、痰液、脑脊液、胸腹水、精液、前列腺液、尿道分泌物、阴道分泌物、各种穿刺液等各种体液的物理、化学、涂片检查。（3）临床化学：蛋白、酶类、脂类、电解质、心肌标志物、蛋白电泳、激素、代谢产物、血气分析等检测。（4）临床免疫学：体液免疫、细胞免疫、病原体血清学、肿瘤标志物、自身抗体、特定蛋白、生殖免疫、过敏原等检测。（5）临床微生物学：涂片、染色、培养、鉴定、药敏等试验及耐药因子的检测；（6）临床分子生物学：感染性病原体、肿瘤、代谢病及其个体化治疗、遗传病相关基因项目检测。三，学科带头人介绍赵宏检验科主任技师，医院技术指导，镇江市医学会医学检验专业、核医学专业委员，江苏省医院协会临床检验管理专业委员会委员，在分子生物学、免疫学、血液学、微生物学检验技术方面有一定基础和临床实践经验，先后引进开展了基因诊断、细胞培养、质谱分析等新技术新项目，主持和参与了实验室规范化体系建设，和多项科研项目的实验研究工作。我们的口号：用心检验，用爱奉献我们的使命：卓越检验服务提供者我们的愿景：成为医生和患者最信赖可靠的高品质检验中心
