消化科

首都医科大学宣武医院消化科由消化病房、消化科门诊、消化内镜中心、胃肠功能检查室组成，设有消化道早癌门诊、结肠息肉门诊、便秘门诊、炎症性肠病门诊、胆胰疾病门诊肝病门诊等专病门诊，病房床位44张。我科目前共有医师21人，护士和技术人员44人，高级职称7人，年门诊量16万余人次，每年收治住院病人2500余人次。在医疗、教学、科研等方面均具备雄厚的实力。消化科是国家卫计委专科及亚专科医师培训基地，卫生部临床药理基地，设有专业硕士、博士点。长期以来承担了大量临床教学工作，累计举办市级继续教育项目10项，在临床教学方面积累了丰富了经验。自我科引进中国第一台内镜模拟训练机后，目前已建立以多台内镜模拟训练机为核心的规范化消化内镜操作培训体系。科室还承担首都医科大学临床教学任务，负责首都医科大学博士研究生、硕士研究生、临床医疗系本科生、国际学院留学生的教学工作。同时我科还承担着包括国家自然基金在内的多项科研课题。为满足广大患者就诊需要，消化内科门诊节假日全年无休，周末有专家门诊开放。目前门诊普通胃肠镜检查预约时间1周左右，无痛胃肠镜检查预约时间2周左右。同时我科开通24小时急诊内镜绿色通道，建立了“急诊-急诊内镜-病房”一体化诊疗体系，诊治了大量消化道出血、消化道异物及梗阻性黄疸的患者。我科消化内镜中心拥有国内最先进的设备，可开展包括电子胃镜、电子结肠镜、电子小肠镜、十二指肠镜、电子超声内镜、胶囊内镜等多项内镜检查与治疗技术，目前全年完成各种消化内镜的检查超过20000例，各种内镜下治疗超过1500例，包括各种消化道肿瘤(胃肠道早癌、粘膜下肿瘤等)的内镜下微创切除术及胰胆疾病的内镜下治疗术，开展了EMR、ESD、IDUS、EUS-FNA、ERCP、MBM、金属及塑料支架的置入、肝硬化食管胃底曲张静脉出血的套扎硬化治疗等多项技术。消化科以“厚德精术”为科训，秉承“严谨、夯实、团结、敬业”的消化科精神，经过历代人的努力，造就了一支高素质、精技术、团结、拼搏、甘于奉献的医疗护理队伍。我们将继续牢记使命、不忘初心、砥砺前行，坚持“精专业水平，医教研共举，突出学科特色，全面协调发展”，努力提高科室的综合实力及社会影响力，为患者提供最优质的医疗服务。1.消化道早癌筛查及内镜下治疗：食管癌、胃癌、大肠癌的早期诊断，早癌的内镜下治疗（内镜下粘膜切除术(EMR)、内镜下粘膜剥离术(ESD)），进展期消化道肿瘤的食道或肠道支架植入术。2.消化系统危重症诊治：24小时急诊内镜治疗消化道大出血，急性重症胰腺炎的诊治。3.肠道疾病诊治：小肠疾病的诊断和治疗、胶囊内镜、双气囊小肠镜，肠道菌群移植治疗。4.超声内镜：消化道粘膜下肿物、胆囊胰腺、纵隔肿物的超声内镜检查，及超声内镜引导下细针穿刺术活检(EUS-FNA)。5.肝胆胰腺疾病组：经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影(ERCP)、十二指肠乳头切开取石术、胆总管内引流术、胰管内引流术、胆总管金属或塑料支架植入术等。6.胃肠动力疾病：便秘诊断和治疗。贲门失迟缓症的经口内镜下肌切开术(POEM)。吞咽功能障碍的经皮内镜下胃造瘘术。食道良性狭窄的内镜引导下的食管扩张术。IntroductionofGastroenterologyDepartment:TheGastroenterologyDepartmentofXuanwuHospitalofCapitalMedicalUniversityconsistsofadigestiveward,adigestiveintensivecareunit,adigestiveclinic,adigestiveendoscopycenterandagastrointestinalfunctionexaminationroom.Ithasafattyliverclinic,agastroesophagealrefluxdiseaseclinic,anulcerdiseaseclinicandparkinsondiseaseconstipationclinic,constipationclinic,follow-upclinicandotherspecializedclinics.Thereare44bedsinthewardand8bedsintheICU.Inrecentyears,undertheleadershipoftheheadofthedepartment,ProfessorZhangMei,withtheoptimizationoftheprofessionalstructureasthecore,agroupofwell-knownexpertsandacademicbackboneswithexcellentskillshaveemerged,formingareasonabletalentechelonwithatotalof21physicians,nursesandtechnicians.Thereare45people,95%ofwhomaremastersanddoctorsand6haveseniortitles.Ithasstrongcomprehensivestrengthinmedical,teaching,scientificresearchandotheraspects.Gastroenterologyisthetrainingbaseforspecialistandsub-specialistphysiciansoftheNationalHealthandFamilyPlanningCommission,andtheclinicalpharmacologybaseoftheMinistryofHealth,withprofessionalmaster"sanddoctoralprograms.Ithasundertakenalargenumberofclinicalteachingworkforalongtime,hasorganized10municipalcontinuingeducationprojects,andhasaccumulatedrichexperienceinclinicalteaching.TheDepartmentofGastroenterologygivesfullplaytotheresourcesandsubjectcharacteristicsoftheelderlyandseveredigestivesystemdiseases,andhassuccessivelycompletedmorethan30majorscientificresearchtopicsonelderlydigestion.ItledtheestablishmentoftheNationalAllianceforthePreventionandControlofGastrointestinalBleedingintheElderly,establishedadatamanagementplatformfordigestivediseasesintheelderly,attractedmorethan100hospitalsacrossthecountry,successfullyheldmorethan10high-level,large-scaleallianceacademicexchangeactivities,andmorethan1,000medicalpersonnel.Greatlyincreasedtheacademicinfluenceofthedepartment.GastroenterologyICUhasbecomeoneofthelargestgastroenterologyICUsinBeijing.Adheringtothedevelopmentconceptof“standardizeddiagnosisandtreatment,precisionmedicine,andmultidisciplinarycooperation”,itisgoodatgastrointestinalhemorrhage,acuteseverepancreatitis,livercirrhosis,hepaticencephalopathy,andsepsis.Diagnosisandtreatmentofcriticallyillpatientswithdigestivediseaseandmultipleorganfailureareuniqueinthecomprehensiveassessment,diagnosisandtreatmentofcriticallyilldigestivesystemintheelderly,realizingthegreatestguaranteeforthelifesafetyoftheelderly.Thedigestiveendoscopycenterandgastrointestinalfunctionexaminationroomareequippedwithvariousadvancedequipment,whicharegoodatendoscopicdiagnosisandtreatmentandfunctionalexaminationofdigestivetractdiseases.The24-houremergencyendoscopygreenchannelhasestablishedanintegrateddiagnosisandtreatmentsystemof"HospitalEmergency-EmergencyEndoscopy-DigestiveICU"totreatalargenumberofpatientswithgastrointestinalbleeding.ProjectscarriedoutbytheCenterforGastroenterologyEndoscopy:1.Generalgastrointestinalendoscopy2.Painlessgastrointestinalendoscopy3.Endoscopictreatmentofearlycancer4.Endoscopicresectionofgastrointestinalpolyps5.Endoscopicsubmucosaldissection6.Endoscopicmucosalresection7.Foreignbodyremovalsurgery8.Pigmentmagnifyingendoscopy9.Capsuleendoscopy10.Endoscopichemostatictreatment:endoscopicinjection,hardening,hemostaticclamp,argoncoagulation,tissuegluebonding,spraying,etc.Functionalinspectionprojects:Esophagealpressuremeasurement,24-houresophagealPHmonitoringRectalpressuremeasurement13CbreathtesttodetectHelicobacterpyloriHydrogenbreathcheckGastrointestinaltransittestGastroenterologytakes"Thepursuitofmoralityandskills"asitsdepartmentmotto,adheringtothegastroenterologyspiritof"rigorous,solid,united,anddedicated".Throughtheeffortsofgenerations,ateamofhigh-qualit
