国际医疗部

国际医疗部是湖南中医药大学第一附属医院搭建的高端医疗服务平台，是湖南省公立中医医院最早为国内外患者开展特需医疗服务的部门，2017年11月开始探索国际医疗服务相关流程，试运营提供特需医疗服务，2018年7月国际医疗部正式成立；2019年8月国际合作与交流办公室成立。为更好地提高患者的就医体验，国际医疗部以院内资源为支撑，整合全院优势医疗资源，通过引进国际最先进的管理和服务理念，致力于为在华工作、学习、生活的外籍人士和有高端医疗需求的国内人士提供温馨舒适的专业化医疗服务。国际医疗部配有专业导医英语陪诊，提供优质、便捷的"一站式"综合医疗服务，重点开放日间门诊；也可根据您的病情需要，点名特约相应专家，获得更深入的专业咨询和会诊服务，业务涵盖门诊、住院、健康体检、远程医疗。目前已开通多家商业保险直付业务。国际合作与交流办公室（国际医疗部），积极推进中医药医疗保健、教育、科研、文化及产业对外交流与合作，促进中医药与各国传统医学与现代医学更好地融合发展，为加快医院在技术、服务、管理的全方位国际化进程，加快推动湖湘中医药走向世界及湖南整体医疗技术和服务国际化作出贡献。Internationalmedicaldepartmentisahigh-endmedicalserviceplatformoftheFirstHospitalofHunanUniversityofChineseMedicine.AlsoitistheearliestpublichospitaloftraditionalChinesemedicineinhunanprovincetocarryoutspecialmedicalservices,inNovember2017begantoexploreinternationalmedicalservicesrelatedprocess,trialoperationprovidesspecialmedicalservices,inJuly2018,thenternationalmedicaldepartmentwasformallyestablished;inAugust2019,internationalexchangesandcooperationofficewasestablished.Inordertobetterimprovethemedicalexperienceofpatients,theinternationalmedicaldepartmentsupportedbyhospitalresources,integratethehospitaladvantagemedicalresources,throughtheintroductionofthemostadvancedmanagementandserviceconcept,committedtoserveforeignerswhoisworking,studying,livinginChinaandpeoplewhohavehigh-endmedicalneedsofdomestictoprovidewarmandcomfortableprofessionalmedicalservices.TheinternationalmedicaldepartmentisequippedwithprofessionalEnglishmedicalguide,providinghigh-qualityandconvenient"one-stop"comprehensivemedicalservice,focusingonday-clinic.Youcanalsonamecorrespondingexpertsaccordingtoyourconditionneedstoobtainfurtherprofessionalconsultationservices,coveringoutpatient,hospitalization,healthexaminationandtelemedicine.Atpresent,somecommercialinsurancedirectpaymentbusinesshasbeenopened.Theinternationalexchangesandcooperationoffice(internationalmedicaldepartment)activelypromoteforeignexchangesandcooperationinChinesemedicinehealthcare,education,scientificresearch,cultureandindustry,promotethebetterintegrationoftraditionalmedicineandmodernmedicine,acceleratetheall-roundinternationalizationprocessofhospitalsintechnology,serviceandmanagement,playagreaterroleinpromotingtraditionalmedicine,improvetheinvestmentenvironmentofHunanProvince,andpromotetheinternationalizationofHunan"soverallmedicaltechnologyandservices.感谢您选择我们Thanksforhealingwithus湖南中医药大学第一附属医院国际医疗部竭诚为您服务Wearehappytoserveyou
