I.DepartmentcompositionTheanesthesiologysurgerycenteroftheThirdAffiliatedHospitalofSunYat-senUniversityiscomposedofTianheDistrict,LuogangDistrict(LingnanHospital),easternGuangdongDistrictandZhaoqingDistrict,withatotalof73modernlaminarsurgeryrooms(23TianheDistrict,12LuogangDistrict,18easternGuangdongDistrictand20ZhaoqingDistrict).Foundedin1971,atpresent,itiscurrentlyakeyclinicalspecialtyinGuangdongProvinceintegratingmedicaltreatment,teachingandscientificresearch.ItisthechairmanunitofanesthesiologyBranchofGuangdongMedicalAssociation,doctoralandmasteranesthesiologyofSunYat-senUniversity,post-doctoralmobilestation,andakeyprofessionalbaseforstandardizedtrainingofresidentdoctors.II.DepartmenthonorKeyclinicalspecialtiesinGuangdongProvinceNationalkeyprofessionalbaseforstandardizedresidentphysiciantrainingMemberunitsoftheNationalGeriatricAnesthesiaAllianceComfortMedicalTrainingBaseofAnesthesiaBranchofChineseMedicalDoctorAssociationGuangdongProvincialOperatingRoomSpecializedNurseTrainingBaseGuangdongProvincialAnesthesiologyandNursingSpecializedNurseTrainingBasePrincipalunitofAnesthesiologyProfessionalCommitteeofGuangdongMedicalEducationAssociationChairmanofAnesthesiologyBranchofGuangdongMedicalAssociationIII.ClinicalexpertiseThemedicalbusinessofthedepartmentcoversthreefields:clinicalanesthesia,treatmentofcriticallyillpatients,andtreatmentofacuteandchronicpain,andcomprehensivelycarriesoutallkindsofroutinesurgicalanesthesia.Nearly30,000anesthesiaandnearly60,000anesthesiaoutsidetheoperatingroomarecompletedeveryyear.Thedepartmentalsoopenedanesthesiaandpainclinicsatthesametime,andtheannualoutpatientvolumeexceeded7,000people.In2011,itwonthefirstbatchof"KeyClinicalspecialtyinGuangdongProvince".Livertransplantationanesthesiaistheclinicalspecialtyofthedepartment,andthenumberofanesthesia,clinicalandbasicresearchofanesthesiaallrankamongtheforefrontinChina.ThedepartmentisamemberunitandtrainingbaseoftheNationalGeriatricAnesthesiologyAlliance,especiallythecomprehensivetreatmentabilityofpatientswithsuperoldage(over85yearsold)isoutstanding.ThedepartmentisthecomfortablemedicaltrainingbaseofChineseMedicalDoctorAssociation.Everyyear,nearly50,000painlessseriesanesthesiaiscompleted,includingpainlesscolonoscopy,painlessabortionandpainlessdelivery,noconvulsiveelectroshocktreatmentanesthesia,etc.Thecomfortablepainlessproportionismorethan91%,rankingamongthetopintheprovince.AcceleratedRehabilitationSurgery(enhancedrecoveryaftersurgery,ERAS)treatmentwithanesthesiaasthecoreteamhasachievedremarkableresults.Atpresent,thenumberofmorethan12ERAS-MDTdiagnosisandtreatmentteams,rankingatthetopintheprovince.Awell-establishedERASmanagementprotocolwasformed,servingnearly30,000ERASpatients.Inaddition,robotsurgicalanesthesia,heartandlargevascularsurgicalanesthesia,criticallyillpatientsanesthesia,organtransplantationanesthesiaarealsothecharacteristicsofthedepartmentanesthesia.IV.TalentcompositionThedepartmentcurrentlyhas244medical,technical,nursingandotherstaff,and5peopleafterthestationblog.Amongthem,70doctors,167nurses,6technicalengineersand1clerk.Thereare18intermediateandseniordoctorprofessionaltitles,18intermediateprofessionaltitles,19primaryprofessionaltitles,14regulartrainingdoctors,including20doctoraldegreesand29master"sdegrees.Atpresent,thereare7postdoctoralanddoctoralsupervisorsand17masteranddoctoralsupervisors.V.TalenttrainingTheCenterwasbuiltin1971.Aftermorethan40yearsofunremittingefforts,especiallyundertheleadershipoftheacademicleaderDirectorKuroson,ithascarriedoutalotofbasicresearch,clinicalresearch,artificialintelligenceandbigdataandinnovativeresearchinthefieldofanesthesiology.ProfessorblackqingisthecurrentmemberoftheChinesemedicalassociationanesthesiologybranch,memberoftheChinesemedicaldoctorassociationanesthesiologybranch,guangdongmedicalassociationanesthesiologybranchdirector,anesthesiologyofsunYat-senmedicalschool,deputydirector,vicepresidentofthethirdaffiliatedhospitalofsunYat-senuniversity,directoroftheanesthesiologysurgerycenter,directoroftheanesthesiologyteachingandresearchoffice.ProfessorBlackZiqinghasoncebeenawardedaleadingmedicaltalentinGuangdongProvinceandthedirectoroftheExcellentClinicalDepartmentofGuangdongHospital.In2020,theacademicinfluenceofanesthesiologywasrankedfirstinGuangdongProvince.Thedisciplineisthemaster"strainingsiteandpost-doctoralmobilestationofSunYat-senUniversity,andthenationalkeyprofessionalbaseofstandardizedtrainingofresidentdoctors.Ithastrainedmorethan40doctoralstudents,morethan100master"sstudentsandmorethan80doctoralstudents.Basedontheclinicalskillstraining,thedepartmentdevelopedtheanesthesiologypublicclinicalskillstrainingplatform(hospital-leveltrainingplatform)andthecomprehensiveabilitytrainingcoursesbasedonhigh-endsimulationtraining.ThestudentswonthespecialprizeoftheNationalClinicalSkillsCompetitionforfourtimes.ThedepartmenthasestablishedtrainingallianceswiththeEyeCenterofSunYat-senUniversity,CancerHospitalofSunYat-senUniversity,StomatologicalHospitalofSunYat-senUniversity,GuangzhouWomenandChildrenCenter,andG
