康复医学科

康复医学科成立于2003年，是济南市中心医院的康复医学临床教学基地，2018年11月建立国际康复医学中心，2019年6月与英国合作成立中英康复交流中心。目前康复医学科面积达2000多平方米，全面的康复治疗人才和多种康复仪器一应俱全。康复医学科开展的主要业务有：各种声、光、热、电、磁的物理治疗，主要仪器有吞咽功能治疗仪、脑循环治疗仪、超短波、微波、超声波、紫外线、红外线、偏正激光、电脑中频、离子导入、磁疗、蜡疗、磁热疗法、冷疗、空气压力治疗、场效应、冲击波治疗等，对各种急慢性炎症及疼痛性疾病效果卓著，尤其国际经颅磁刺激治疗仪，对神经回路再通重建，治疗脑卒中、失眠、尿失禁、抑郁等具有极佳效果，也是目前国际康复高端治疗方法之一。传统康复治疗具备针刺、艾灸、推拿、火罐、刮痧、中药熏蒸、穴位埋线治疗，七星针治疗，放血疗法等，科室拥有颈腰椎电脑牵引床、电动起立床、运动治疗及作业治疗，专业的运动治疗床，平衡及步态训练系统，并拥有专业的运动（PT）治疗师及作业（OT）治疗师。语言（ST）康复治疗师，主要针对脑血管疾病及其他病症导致的语言障碍，通过一对一的人机专业训练，帮助病人恢复言语功能。科室还拥有了全国最先进的具有国际技术水平的康复评定及治疗设备：语言障碍训练评估治疗仪、平衡功能训练评定治疗系统，上肢功能评定治疗系统（进口）、神经功能评定治疗系统、心理评估治疗评定系统，为各类康复治疗和康复科研提供了有力的数据分析支持。康复矫形工程，为残障人士各类矫形用具提供科学数据，并指导患者正确使用。最具特色的神经功能康复，脑卒中偏瘫，失语，面瘫，等神经功能障碍的患者得到了早期、全面、先进，系统的康复治疗和康复评定，大大降低了致残率。科室针对疾病病种做出了康复治疗最佳治疗方案，把康复治疗技术，传统中医技术和各类先进理疗技术充分结合在一起，最大程度的提高病人康复效果。康复医学科病房是以非药物治疗为主的康复住院治疗科室，在病人早期康复介入后，提供缝对接中后期全方位系统康复治疗。病人在住院期间，全天候按照各类功能障碍康复需求，规范治疗方案，定期评估，有效治疗，短时间最大效果的功能恢复。2019年6月，我院和英国谢菲尔德大学。英国索尔福德大学人类健康学院建立了长期技术指导和交流。同年11月中英挂牌“中英中枢神经系统损伤康复中心”，每年四次为期一周海外专家来我科诊疗操作教授，每年派六名优秀康复专业人才去英国大学学习深造。目前康复医学科室拥有康复国家级客座教授1名，专业技术人员30名，其中主任医师3名，副主任医师3名。成立近十年来，先后派优秀康复人员往国内外著名康复医学中心，如中国康复治疗中心、上海瑞金医院，上海第二军医大、江苏省人民医院、广东中山第一医院等拥有顶级康复技术的单位进修学习，并派康复学科带头人前往美国WORLDLINK医院和新加坡鹰阁医院，新加坡仁慈康复医院等交流学习工作五年。2013年9月济南市卫生局成立第一届济南市康复医学质量控制中心挂靠在我院。近10年来我院康复医学科迅速成长为济南市康复专业的领军，成为各大医学院校优秀实习和进修培训基地。兄弟医院学习参观的国际先进康复机构，省内外病人及家属纷纷慕名前来康复治疗，受到社会各界高度赞誉。IntroductiontorehabilitationmedicineofjinancentralhospitalRehabilitationMedicine,establishedin2003,istheclinicalteachingbaseofRehabilitationMedicineintheCentralHospitalofShandongFirstMedicalUniversityandtheJinanCentralHospitalofShandongUniversity,inNovember2018,theInternationalRehabilitationMedicineCenterwasestablished,andinJune2019,thechina-ukRehabilitationExchangeCenterwasestablishedincooperationwiththeUnitedKingdom.Atpresent,theareaofRehabilitationMedicineDepartmentismorethan2000squaremeters.ComprehensiveRehabilitationTreatmentTalentsandavarietyofrehabilitationequipmentareavailable.TheRehabilitationMedicineBranchcarriesoutthemainbusiness:eachkindofsound,light,heat,electricity,magneticphysicaltherapy,themaininstrumentsaredeglutitiontherapeuticinstrument,cerebralcirculationtherapeuticinstrument,ultrashortwave,microwave,ultrasonicwave,ultravioletRay,infraredray,biasedpositivelaser,computerintermediatefrequency,iontophoresis,magnetictherapy,waxtherapy,magneticheattherapy,coldtherapy,airpressuretherapy,fieldeffect,shockwavetherapy,etc.,ithasexcellenteffectsonacuteandchronicinflammationandpainfuldiseases,especiallytheinternationaltranscranialmagneticstimulationtherapyinstrument,whichhasexcellenteffectsonthere-circulationandreconstructionofnervecircuits,thetreatmentofstroke,insomnia,urinaryincontinence,depressionandsoon,itisalsooneoftheinternationalhigh-endrehabilitationtreatmentmethods.Traditionalrehabilitationtherapyincludesacupuncture,moxibustion,massage,cupping,scraping,Chinesemedicinefumigation,acupointcatgutembedding,seven-staracupuncture,blood-lettingtherapy,etc.,thedepartmenthasacomputertractionbedforcervicalandlumbarspine,electricstand-upbed,exercisetherapyandoccupationaltherapy,professionalexercisetherapybed,balanceandgaittrainingsystem,andprofessionalsports(PT)therapistsandoccupational(OT)therapists.Speech(ST)rehabilitationtherapist,focusingonspeechdisorderscausedbycerebrovasculardiseaseandotherconditions,throughone-on-onetrainingtohelppatientsrecoverspeechfunction.Thedepartmentalsohasstate-of-the-artrehabilitationassessmentandtreatmentequipmentattheinternationaltechnicallevel:SpeechDisorderTrainingAssessmentTherapeuticApparatus,balancefunctiontrainingassessmenttherapeuticsystem,theupperextremityfunctionassessmentandtreatmentsystem(imported),thenervefunctionassessmentandtreatmentsystem,andthepsychologicalassessmentandtreatmentsystemprovidepowerfuldataysissupportforvariousrehabilitationtreatmentandrehabilitationscientificresearch.Rehabilitationandorthopaedicengineeringprovidesscientificdataforallkindsoforthopaedicappliancesforthedisabledandguidesthepatientstousethemcorrectly.Thepatientswiththemostcharacteristicneurologicalfunctionalrehabilitation,strokeHemiplegia,Aphasia,facialparalysis,andotherneurologicalfunctionaldisordersweregivenearly,comprehensiveandaancedsystematicrehabilitationtreatmentandrehabilitationassessment,whichgreatlyreducedtherateofdisability.TheDepartmenthasmadetheBestTreatmentPlanofrehabilitationtreatmentforthedisease,whichfullycombinestherehabilitationtreatmenttechnology,traditionalChinesemedicinetechnologyandvariousaancedphysiotherapytechnologytoimprovethepatient"srehabilitationeffect.RehabilitationMedicalWardisanon-drugtreatment-basedrehabilitationin-patientTreatmentDepartment,afterearlyrehabilitationintervention,toprovideseamlessdockinginthemiddleandlaterstagesofsystematicrehabilitation.Duringhospitalization,patientswithvariousfunctionaldisordersarerequiredtoundergoround-the-clockrehabilitation,standardizedtreatmentregimens,regularevaluation,effectivetreatment,andshort-termmaximaleffectoffunctionalrecovery,June2019,ourhospitalandtheUniversityofSheffield,UK.TheUniversityofSalfordhasestablishedlongtermtechnicalguidanceandcommunication.InNovemberofthesameyear,thesino-britishCentralNervousSystemInjuryRehabilitationCentrewaslaunched.Overseasexpertscametoourdepartmentfourtimesayearforoneweek.Atpresent,theDepartmentofRehabilitationMedicinehasaguestprofessoratthenationallevel,30professionalandtechnicalpersonnel,including3chiefphysicians,3DeputyChiefPhysicians.Sinceitsestablishmentnearly10yearsago,ithassuccessivelysentoutstandingrehabilitationpersonneltofamousrehabilitationmedicalcentersathomeandabroad,suchastheChinaRehabilitationCenterandShanghaiRuijinHospital,theShanghaiSecondMilitaryMedicalUniversity,thePeople"sHospitalofJiangsuProvince,thefirsthospitalofZhongshan,GuangdongProvince,andotherunitswithtop-levelrehabilitationtechnology,andsentrehabilitationdisciplineleaderstoWorldLinkHospitalintheUnitedStatesandYinggeHospitalinSingapore,fiveyearsofexchangestudyatMercyRehabilitationHospital,Singapore.InSeptember2013,JinanMunicipalHealthBureauestablishedtheFirstJinanRehabilitationMedicineQualityControlCenterinourhospital.Inthepast10years,theDepartmentofRehabilitationMedicineofourhospitalhasrapidlygrownintoaleaderofrehabilitationspecialtyinJinan,andhasbecomeanexcellentpracticeandfurthertrainingbaseformedicalcollegesanduniversities.TheinternationalaancedrehabilitationinstitutionsthattheBrothersHospitalStusandvisits,thepatientsandtheirfamiliesinsideandoutsidetheprovincecometotherehabilitationtreatmentoneafteranother,highlypraisedbyallsectorsofsociety.门诊：9号楼三楼电话：55865178/55865202病房：9号楼六楼联系人：田德成/穆信利
