海南省中医院为深入贯彻习近平总书记"4.13"重要讲话、《中共中央国务院关于支持海南全面深化改革开放的指导意见》、《中国(海南)自由贸易试验区总体方案》精神，进一步优化海南引才引智环境，针对外国友人和有特需医疗服务需求的人群开设国际医疗部。海南省中医院国际医疗部以医院雄厚的中医药专家团队、精湛的医术、先进的医疗设备为依托，下设接诊专家组，涵盖我院名中医工作室、针灸推拿科、内科、外科、妇产科、儿科、医技等各科室专家。国际医疗部开展电话、微信公众号、现场办理等多种形式的挂号预约服务。国际医疗部将根据预约提前安排就诊工作。预约者应当在预约的时间段内就诊，预约时间需要变更的应提前一天与医院联系提出变更要求。国际医疗部将竭诚为患者提供专业、安全、便捷、舒适的医疗健康服务。我院国际医疗部接收外国学员学习，充分发挥中医药优势，面向国际弘扬中医药优秀文化，积极做好对外学术交流与合作。InordertothoroughlyimplementthespiritofthePresidentXiJinping"simportantspeechin"April13th",GuidelinesoftheCPCCentralCommitteeandtheStateCouncilonSupportingHainanProvinceinComprehensivelyDeepeningReformandOpening-up,andtheGeneralPlanforChina(HainanProvince)PilotFreeTradeZone,andtofurtheroptimizetheenvironmentofattractingtalentsinHainanProvince,HainanProvincialHospitalofChineseMedicinehasestablishedtheInternationalMedicalDepartmentforforeignersandthoseinwantofspecialmedicalservices.WiththesupportofastrongteamofTCMexperts,superbmedicalskillsandadvancedmedicalequipment,theInternationalMedicalDepartmenthassetupanexpertgroupincludingthefamousTCMstudios,departmentofacupunctureandmassage,internalmedicine,surgery,obstetricsandgynecology,paediatrics,medicaltechnologydepartment,etc.TheInternationalMedicalDepartmentprovidesvariousformsofappointmentservices,suchason-siteregistration,telephoneappointment,andWeChatpublicplatformappointment.Thedepartmentwillarrangemedicaltreatmentinadvancebasedontheappointment.Patientswhohavemadeanappointmentshouldcometoseethedoctorwithinthetimeperiodoftheappointment.Iftheappointmenttimeneedstobechanged,patientsshouldcontactthedepartmentonedayinadvancetoapplyforachange.Thedepartmentwillwholeheartedlyprovideprofessional,safe,convenientandcomfortablemedicalandhealthservicesforpatients.ThedepartmentacceptsforeignstudentsforinternshiptogivefullplaytotheadvantagesoftraditionalChinesemedicine,carryforwardtheexcellentcultureoftraditionalChinesemedicinetotheworld,andtoactivelyconductacademicexchangesandcooperationwithforeigncountries.
