医学装备保障部

医学装备保障部（曾用名设备科、设备物资部，2012年5月正式更名为医学装备保障部）于1993年初正式成立并开始行使职能。二十余年来，随着医院的发展，该部门也逐渐成长为包括装备管理、计量和质量控制、物资管理、档案建设、维护维修等管理职能的专业技术部门，拥有相应的专业技术人员和—套系统、规范的管理制度及工作流程。1.DepartmentintroductionEstablishedinearly1993,theMedicalEquipmentDepartmentwasformerlyknownastheEquipmentDivisionandtheEquipmentandMaterialsDepartment,andofficiallyrenamedastheMedicalEquipmentDepartmentinMay2012.Underthehospital’sdevelopmentoverthepasttwodecades,ithasgraduallygrownintoaprofessionalandtechnicaldepartmentwithmanagementfunctionssuchasequipmentmanagement,measurementandqualityassurance,medicalsuppliesmanagement,archivalconstruction,aswellasmaintenanceandrepair.Moreover,suchtransformationcanalsobepartlyattributedtoitsprofessionalandtechnicalpersonnelandasetofsystematicandstandardizedmanagementsystemandwork-flow.（一）部门规范及领域：医学装备保障部的工作是为临床医、护和医院科教研服务，业务范围涉及医院所有临床医疗设备和医用耗材、科研设备的管理，是在医院建成之后，促进医院快速发展的不可或缺的临床工程。(1)Departmentalnormsandfields:Thedepartmentadherestothemissionofprovidingservicesforclinicalmedicine,nursing,andhospitalbiomedicalresearchandeducation.Itismainlyengagedinthemanagementofallclinicalequipment,medicalconsumables,andbiomedicalresearchinstrumentinthehospital.Astheclinicalengineering,MEDhasmadesignificantadvancements,acceleratingtheexpansionofthehospitalsinceitsestablishment.（二）部门职能医学装备保障部是医院的行政部门。主要从事医疗物资采购前的技术评价、采购后的生命周期管理，监管医疗设备和耗材的使用安全、量质保证，主导实施物资的智能化管理。为医院的发展和决策提供可靠的数据依据及技术支持，并促进联盟医院的相关发展。(2)DepartmentObligationsMedicalEquipmentDepartment(MED)isoneoftheadministrativedepartmentsofthehospital.Itismainlyusedtoengageintechnologyassessmentbeforeinitialpurchasing,post-purchaseoflifecyclemanagement,supervisionofsafetyuseandqualityassuranceinmedicalinstrumentationandconsumables.Meanwhile,intelligentmanagementofmedicalsuppliesisprimarilyconductedbyMED,providingreliabledatasourceanddataanalysistechniqueforthedevelopmentofthehospitalandpromotingcommondevelopmentofthealliancehospital.（三）现阶段基本情况医学装备保障部分为三大组：评价组、运行组、安全质控组，实行组长负责制，分别实施三大组的工作职能，完成日常工作。现有员工30人，其中主任和副主任各1人，正高1人，中级职称3人，硕士8人。(3)DescriptionofdepartmentMedicalEquipmentDepartment(MED)consistofthreemanagementteamstoperformawidevarietyofdutiesasrequiredbydailyoperations,whichiscalledprogramassessmentgroup,operationandmanagementgroupandsafetyqualityassurancegroup.Ourdepartmentcurrentlyhave30full-timeemployees,includingonewhoholdseniortitle,threestaffswhoholdsintermediatetitle,andnearly40%havemaster’sdegree.Currentlyourdepartmentsetonedirectorandonedeputydirectorposition.
