脊髓损伤骨疾患物理疗法科(PT2科)

脊髓损伤骨疾病物理疗法科成立于1988年，占地约482.38m2，拥有国内外各种先进的康复设备，现拥有一批高素质,康复技术过硬、服务热情的专业技术队伍,康复技术专业人员31名，其中博士1名，硕士9名，学士11名，有5人获得国际资格认证和学历。副高职称3名，中级职称7名。脊髓损伤骨疾病物理疗法科是包含特色康复治疗项目且集临床、科研于一体的国内先进的康复治疗科室。每日完成治疗患者400余人次。康复师严格依照"康复评价——康复训练——再评价"的流程，准确地制定患者的康复目标，运用各种先进的手法技术，实施有效的"一对一"式康复训练，让患者通过康复训练科学地改善和恢复运动能力，提高其生活质量和参与社会活动的能力。常规治疗包括：脊髓损伤后急慢性期的康复治疗;骨科疾患康复治疗;门诊患者的康复指导。特色治疗有：肺功能康复治疗;肠道康复治疗;盆底肌功能康复治疗;VIP康复治疗;预防跌倒训练;康复机器人的临床应用等。在运动康复领域方面,治疗师积累了丰富的专业理论知识与先进的康复治疗技术;同时还在不断地提高自身专业水平和开拓新的康复领域。脊髓损伤骨疾患物理疗法科在完成日常医疗任务的同时，还承担首都医科大学本科的理论授课与临床带教工作及全国各类康复技术培训班等授课实习工作。同时，积极开展科研工作，引入康复机器人后，在院领导及外国专家的帮助下，开展了康复机器人对于脊髓损伤病人康复疗效的一系列研究;同时通过患者和正常人的对比，探究其功能性伸展的差异性。在科主任的带领下，现科内已发表SCI文章25篇，获得专利3项。在此全体治疗师以患者为中心,奉献自己的爱心和耐心全心全意地为残疾人的康复事业出一份力量。BriefIntroductiontoPhysicalTherapyDepartmentofSpinalCordInjuryandBoneDiseasesPhysicaltherapydepartmentofspinalcordinjuryandbonediseaseswasestablishedin1988withareaof482.38m2andvariouskindsofmodernrehabilitationfacilities.Thestaffof31professionals,includingonePh.D.,nineMastersandelevenBachelors,inwhichthreeassumevice-seniortitle,sevenintermediatetitleandfivehasbeeninternationallyauthorized，ishighlyqualifiedforprovidingenthusiasticandfullrehabilitationservice.Theadvanceddepartmentisengagedinbothmedicaltreatmentandresearchindomestic,whichprovidesservicesformorethan400patientseveryday,includingsomecharacteristicrehabilitationtherapy.Therapistssetexercisegoalsinstrictaccordancewiththe"evaluation-training-re-evaluation"process.Thevarioustechniqueswereusedtoimplementeffective"onetoone"training,whichhelpsthepatientstoimproveandrestoremotorfunctionaswellasthequalityoflifeandabilitytoparticipateinsocialactivities.Theregulartherapyincludestheacuteandchronicstageafterspinalcordinjury,orthopedicdisordersandoutpatientrehabilitationguidance.Thecharacteristictherapyincludes:respiratoryfunctionrehabilitation,entericfunctionrehabilitation,pelvicfloormusclerehabilitation,fallpreventiontraining,andclinicalapplicationofrehabilitationrobotetc.Thestaffishighlyexperiencedinboththeoryandpracticewithadvancedtechniquesofphysicaltherapywhilecontinuallyupdatingprofessionalknowledgeandexploringnewfieldofrehabilitation.Besidestheroutinemedicaltasks,thedepartmentalsocommitstothetheoryandclinicalteachingoftheCapitalMedicalUniversityundergraduateandalargenumberofnationaltrainingcoursesofvariousrehabilitationtechniques.Aseriesofresearchontheefficacyofrehabilitationrobotonspinalcordinjurypatientswerecarriedout.What’smore,undertheleadershipoftheDepartmentDirector,25SCIarticleshavebeenpublishedandobtained3patents.Thewholestaffherewilldevoteourloveandpatiencewholeheartedlytothedisabledpeopleregardedasthecenterofservice.
