手术室

北医三院手术室创建于1958年，当时有7个手术间，8张手术台，护士7人，1961年手术室有护士8名，并开始接收进修护士，平均每天手术10余例。1966年正值文化大革命开始，手术室护士分到病房与外科医生一起接管病人，包括术前准备，手术及术后治疗护理等工作。文革结束后，手术间仍为7间，但为增加手术病床周转率手术台增长至12张，每个手术间放两张手术台，平均每天手术20余例。1988年中国大陆第一例试管婴儿在手术室诞生。1991年手术室扩建增至11个手术间，手术室护士30余名，平均每天20余例手术。1998年手术室扩建增至15间，手术室护士40余名，平均每天30余例手术。2005年外科大楼启动，手术间增至25间，护士70余名，平均每天手术90余例。北医三院手术室历经几代手术室人的艰苦奋斗，在科学高效管理及先进理念指导下，现正发展为一支朝气蓬勃，积极进取的先进科室。目前手术室共10个手术区域，共计52个手术间，一体化手术间3个，现有手术室护士150余人，在高效运转安全管理的模式下，2016年手术量达5.9万余例次，手术间日均手术量5.8例，手术量逐年上升，2016年同比2014年增长11.99%，五年内共完成手术262749例，手术“零”差错；“零”事故。手术室在各级领导关心，指导下不断前进与发展，继承原有科室文化精髓，在护理科研，服务及文化等方面取得了优异的成绩！TheoperationroomofPekingUniversityThirdHospitalwasbuiltin1958,whichhassevenoperatingrooms,eightoperatingtables,andsevenoperatingroomnurses.Therewereeightoperatingroomnurses(ORN)andstartedtoreceipttraineenurses,therewereaverage10operationsinnumberperdayin1961.SincethebeginningoftheGreatCulturalRevolutionin1966,theORNwereallocatedtowardstomanagepatientswithsurgeons,whichincludedpreoperativepreparation,intro-operationcareandpost-operationcareandsoon.AftertheGreatCulturalRevolution,theoperatingroomswasstillseven,butinordertoincreasetheturnoverofbedstheoperationaltableswereincreasedtotwelve,andtwooperatingtablesineachoperatingroom,theaveragenumberofoperationwasincreasedtotwentyperday.Thefirsttest-tubebabyinmainlandChinawasgivenbirthintheoperatingroomin1988inourhospital.In1991,theoperationroomwasextendedtoelevenoperatingroomsandthirtyORNsandmorethantwentyoperationswerecarriedoutdailyinaverage.In1998,theoperationroomwasaugmentedtofifteenoperatingrooms,and40ORnurses,with30operationswereimplementedinanaverageperday.Thesurgerybuildingwasputintoutilizationin2005,andtheoperatingroomswereincreasedtotwentyfive,andwithmorethan70OPNs,andanaverageofmorethan90operationswereperformeddaily.TheoperationroomofPekingUniversityThirdHospitalisdevelopingtoavigorousandenterprisingdepartmentafterseveralgenerationsofoperationpeople’shardworkundertheguidanceofscientificandefficientmanagementandadvancedideas.Currently,thereare10operatingareas,whichinclude52operatingroomsand3integratedoperationroom.TherearemorethanonehundredandfiftyORnurses.Underthemodelofhigh-efficientoperationandsafetymanagement,thevolumeofoperationspeakedtomorethan59,000in2016,andtheaveragedailyoperationperoperatingroomwas5.8.Thevolumeofoperationhasbeenincreasedyearbyyear,theincrementwas11.99%comparedwiththatof2014.Besides,thevolumeofoperationwas262749intherecentfiveyears,andwith“zero”surgicalerrorand“zero”surgicalaccident.Underthecareandguidanceofeachlevelleaders,andinherittheculturalessenceoftheoriginaldepartment,theoperationroommovesforwardanddevelopedwell,andhasmadeexcellentachievementinthenursingscientificresearch,servicesaswellasinnursingculture.
