检验科

北京大学第三医院检验科始建于1958年。我科在1986年获批临床检验诊断学专业硕士学位授予点，2006年获批卫健委和北京市住院医师规范化培训基地，2007年获得博士学位授予权，2008年通过ISO15189认可，2010年获首批国家临床重点专科建设项目，2017年复旦医院排行榜华北地区医院专科声誉排行榜第5名，2020年获首批北京市重点专科卓越项目，2021年获首批国家医学检验临床医学研究中心核心单位和北京大学专科医师规范化培训基地。我科目前包含临床生化、临床免疫、临床血液与体液、临床微生物及临床分子生物检验专业组。开展了包括自身抗体、过敏原、微量元素、感染免疫、肿瘤标志物、激素、流式细胞术、血小板聚集功能、血栓弹力图、凝血因子、细菌及真菌、核酸测定及分型、毒物分析等检测项目500余项，涉及各种疾病相关的多个领域。我科专业设备齐全，拥有全自动生化分析仪、全自动免疫分析仪、全自动血液分析仪、全自动凝血分析仪、全自动尿液分析仪、高通量细菌鉴定仪、生物芯片检测系统、实时荧光定量PCR仪、质谱分析仪等最先进的仪器设备和流水线。所有检验项目及平台均实现全信息化管理，确保为患者和临床服务的质量和效率。我科作为北京大学第三医院重点专科之一，在历任主任的不懈努力下，医、教、研各方面稳步发展，许多方面都已达到国内先进水平，部分领域趋于国际先进水平。我科人才队伍也不断发展壮大，目前有工作人员103名人，其中高级职称13人，中级职称40人，硕士及博士研究生学历人员30人，本科学历人员40人，博士生导师1人，硕士研究生导师3人。我科人员数量能够满足临床需求和科室建设需要，老、中、青层次分明，结构合理。科室青年骨干作为学科发展的中坚力量，专业互补、各有所长、团结协作，在国家级和北京市学会中担任学术兼职，多次在全国和北京市检验医学相关学术会议中做专题报告，具备较高的学术影响力。在科研方面，我科已经形成了稳定、明确、具有检验专业特色的研究方向。2016年至今承担各类科研课题50余项，其中主持国家自然科学基金15项，科技部重大专项子课题2项，北京市自然科学基金3项，首都特色临床应用研究2项等，获得了多项发明专利，发表高水平论文120余篇，其中SCI论文80余篇。六十余载春华秋实，三院检验人始终怀揣着检验医学繁荣发展的梦想，心如磐石，凝心聚力，砥砺前行，践行着为人民健康服务的庄严使命。六十余载风雨兼程，我科在医院、党支部和科室核心组的领导下，不断改进质量管理体系，大力提升检测能力，提高为临床服务的质量和速度，为医院的高质量发展提供了坚实的保障。多年来的积淀与优良的传统，使我们迈出的每一步都坚定、扎实，未来的每一天，三院检验人仍然会秉承严谨务实的态度，不断求索创新，勠力同心，大步向前。PekingUniversityThirdHospitalClinicalLaboratoryDepartmentwasestablishedin1958.In1986,ourdepartmentwasgrantedtheauthoritytoconfermaster"sdegreesinClinicalLaboratoryDiagnostics.In2006,wewereapprovedasatrainingbaseforstandardizedresidencyprogramsbytheNationalHealthCommissionandtheBeijingMunicipalHealthCommission.In2007,weobtainedtherighttoconferdoctoraldegrees.In2008,weachievedISO15189accreditation.In2010,weweredesignatedasoneofthefirstnationalclinicalkeyspecialtyconstructionprojects.In2017,weranked5thinthespecializedreputationrankingforhospitalsintheNorthChinaregionaccordingtoFudanHospitalRankings.In2020,wewereselectedasoneoftheinauguralBeijingMunicipalKeySpecialtyExcellenceProjects.In2021,webecameoneofthecoreunitsoftheNationalMedicalLaboratoryClinicalMedicalResearchCenterandastandardizedspecialistphysiciantrainingbaseofPekingUniversity.Currently,ourdepartmentconsistsofspecializedgroupsinClinicalBiochemistry,ClinicalImmunology,ClinicalHematologyandBodyFluids,ClinicalMicrobiology,andClinicalMolecularBiology.Weconductmorethan500testingitems,coveringvariousdisease-relatedfields,includingself-antibodies,allergens,traceelements,immuneresponsetoinfections,tumormarkers,hormones,flowcytometry,plateletaggregationfunction,thromboelastography,coagulationfactors,bacteriaandfungi,nucleicaciddetectionandtyping,toxicsubstanceanalysis,andmore.Equippedwithstate-of-the-artinstrumentsandautomatedsystems,ourdepartmentboastsacomprehensiverangeofadvancedequipment,includingfullyautomatedbiochemicalanalyzers,automatedimmunoassayanalyzers,automatedhematologyanalyzers,automatedcoagulationanalyzers,automatedurineanalyzers,high-throughputbacterialidentificationsystems,biochipdetectionsystems,real-timequantitativePCRinstruments,massspectrometers,andothercutting-edgetools.Alltestingprojectsandplatformsaremanagedthroughfullyintegratedinformationsystems,ensuringthequalityandefficiencyofourservicesforbothclinicalneedsandpatientcare.AsoneofthekeyspecialtieswithinPekingUniversityThirdHospital,ourdepartmenthasachievedsteadydevelopmentinmedicalpractice,education,andresearchundertheunwaveringeffortsofsuccessivedepartmentheads.ManyaspectshavereachedanadvancedlevelwithinChina,andsomeareasareevenapproachinginternationalstandards.Thegrowthofourtalentedworkforcehasbeenacontinuousfocus.Currently,wehaveateamof103staffmembers,including13withseniorprofessionaltitles,40withintermediateprofessionaltitles,30individualsholdingmaster"sordoctoraldegrees,and40withbachelor"sdegrees.Amongourstaff,thereis1doctoralsupervisorand3master"ssupervisors.Thedistributionofstaffmemberscoversvariousexperiencelevels,ensuringabalancedandrationalstructurewithinthedepartment.Theyoungtalentsinourdepartmentserveasthebackboneofdisciplinarydevelopment,eachbringingtheirownexpertiseandstrengthstothetable.Theycollaborateharmoniously,takingonacademicpositionsinnationalandBeijing-basedmedicalassociations,andhavepresentedthematicreportsatnumerousnationalandlocalconferencesinthefieldofclinicallaboratorymedicine.Asaresult,theyhaveestablishedasubstantialacademicinfluencewithinthefield.Inthefieldofresearch,ourdepartmenthasestablishedstableanddistinctiveresearchdirectionsthatalignwiththeexpertiseofclinicallaboratorymedicine.Since2016,wehaveundertakenmorethan50researchprojectsofvarioustypes.Amongthese,wehaveled15projectsfundedbytheNationalNaturalScienceFoundation,2sub-projectsofmajorprojectsbytheMinistryofScienceandTechnology,3projectsfundedbytheBeijingNaturalScienceFoundation,and2projectsrelatedtodistinctiveclinicalapplicationsinthecapitalregion.Oureffortshaveyieldedmultipleinventionpatents,andwehavepublishedover120high-qualitypapers,includingmorethan80inSCI-indexedjournals.Foroversixdecades,throughseasonsofgrowthandharvest,theprofessionalsoftheThirdHospital"sclinicallaboratoryhavecarriedthedreamofflourishingdevelopmentinthefieldofclinicallaboratorymedicine.Withheartsassteadyasrocks,weuniteourefforts,forgeaheadwithdetermination,andfulfillthesolemnmissionofservingthehealthofthepeople.Overthepastsixdecades,throughupsanddowns,ourdepartmenthasadvancedhandinhand,guidedbytheleadershipofthehospital,thePartybranch,andthecoreteamofthedepartment.Wehaveconsistentlyrefinedourqualitymanagementsystem,vigorouslyenhancedourtestingcapabilities,andincreasedthequalityandspeedofservicesprovidedtotheclinicalsetting.Theseeffortshavesolidlysupportedthehospital"spursuitofhigh-qualitydevelopment.Theaccumulationofmanyyearsandourstrongtraditionshaveensuredthateverystepwetakeisresoluteandsteadfast.Inthedaystocome,theprofessionalsintheThirdHospital"sclinicallaboratorywillcontinuetoupholdarigorousandpragmaticattitude,relentlesslypursueinnovation,uniteinourefforts,andstrideforwardwithgreatdetermination.
