科室简介
丹阳人民医院胸外科现有医师6名，其中主任医师1名，副主任医师2名，主治医师1名，其中硕士研究生2名。现任科主任戎国祥，核定床位数20张，年手术量超过300例。
目前胸外科周一、二、三全天设有专家门诊，周四上午设有专科门诊，每年门急诊量2000余人次，诊治的病种包括气管及肺良、恶性肿瘤；食管癌及食管其它疾病；纵隔肿瘤；胸部外伤；胸壁及胸膜疾病；支气管扩张；脓胸、肺大泡、肺脓疡、肺囊肿、肺结核；肺气肿、自发性气胸；膈肌疾病，动脉导管未闭；手汗症等。已开展的手术包括：⑴ 气管手术：气管肿瘤切除术。⑵ 肺手术：肺叶切除术；袖式肺叶除术；全肺切除术；肺段、肺楔形切除等。⑶ 食管手术：食管、贲门癌切除，胃食管吻合术；食管癌切除，空肠、结肠代食管术；Heller"s术；食管平滑肌瘤摘除术。⑷ 膈肌及纵隔疾病手术：外伤性膈疝修补术，食管裂孔疝修补术，纵隔内巨大肿瘤切除术，胸腺瘤切除术。⑸ 胸壁及胸膜腔疾病手术：胸壁良性肿瘤切除术；胸壁恶性肿瘤切除、胸壁修补成形术；慢性脓胸纤维板剥脱术；胸膜间皮瘤切除术。⑹胸腔镜手术：胸腔镜肺切除术；肺大疱切除术；肺楔形切除术；胸腺瘤及其他纵膈肿瘤切除术；食管癌切除术；食管平滑肌瘤摘除术；食管憩室切除术；食管肌层切开术；食管裂孔疝修补术。⑺心脏手术：二尖瓣、主动脉瓣置换术；三尖瓣成形术；心脏肿瘤切除术；心脏外伤的救治。尤其是在以下疾病诊疗的过程中，良好的疗效显示出我胸外科诊治特色优势。
⑴肺癌和食管癌的规范化治疗：肺癌和食管癌是目前危害人民生命健康的常见恶性肿瘤，就全球范围而言治疗效果不尽如人意。丹阳市人民医院胸外科在吸取国内外先进理论和总结自身多年经验的基础上，对肺癌和食管癌采取规范化的手术治疗和多学科综合治疗的策略，既降低了手术并发症的发生率又改善了肺癌和食管癌的生存情况。
⑵胸外科疾病的微创手术：传统开胸手术治疗创伤大，腔镜治疗的出现改变了以往常规手术"大切口、小手术"的局面，由于腔镜治疗具有创伤小，痛苦轻，恢复快的优点，已成为食管癌外科治疗的主流。目前已开展的手术包括：胸腹腔镜食管癌切除术、全腔镜肺癌切除术、胸腔镜气胸切除术、胸腔镜纵膈肿瘤切除术、胸腔镜/腹腔镜食管肌层切开术（Heller）、腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术、抗返流流术（Nissen、Dor）、胸腔镜食管平滑肌瘤剥除术、胸腔镜食管憩室切除术以及胸腔镜二尖瓣置换术、胸腔镜三尖瓣成形术、胸腔镜心脏肿瘤切除术、胸腔镜房缺室缺修补术、胸腔镜房颤射频消融术等。

There are 6 physicians in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Danyang People"s Hospital, including 1 chief physician, 2 deputy chief physicians and 1 attending physicians and over 300 operations are performed per year.
At present, the thoracic surgery department offers expert clinics on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays and specialism clinics on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. The number of emergency clinics per year reaches more than 2,000. Diseases diagnosed and treated include tracheal and pulmonary benign and malignant tumors, esophageal cancer and other esophageal diseases, mediastinal tumor, chest trauma, chest wall and pleural disease, bronchiectasis, empyema, pulmonary bullae, lung abscess, pulmonary cyst, tuberculosis, emphysema, spontaneous pneumothorax, diaphragmatic disease, patent ductus arteriosus, hand sweating, etc. Surgeries performed include: (1) Tracheal surgery: tracheal tumor resection. (2) Lung surgery: lobectomy; sleeve lobectomy; total pneumonectomy; lung segment and lung wedge resection etc. (3) Esophageal surgery: esophagus, cardia cancer resection; gastroesophageal anastomosis; esophageal cancer resection; jejunum, colon esophagectomy; Heller"s surgery; esophageal leiomyomas removal.(4) diaphragm and mediastinal disease surgery: traumatic hernia repair; esophageal hiatal hernia repair;massive tumor resection in the mediastinum ; thymoma resection. (5) chest wall and pleural cavity surgery: chest wall benign tumor resection; chest wall malignant tumor resection; chest wall repair and angioplasty; chronic empyema fibrectomy; pleural mesothelioma resection. (6) Thoracoscopic surgery: thoracoscopic pneumonectomy; bullous resection; pulmonary wedge resection; thymoma and other mediastinal tumor resection; esophageal cancer resection; esophageal leiomyomas removal; esophageal diverticulectomy; myometrial incision; esophageal hiatal hernia repair. (7) Cardiac surgery: mitral valve and aortic valve replacement; tricuspid valvuloplasty; cardiac tumor resection; treatment of cardiac trauma. Especially in the diagnosis and treatment of the following diseases shows the characteristics and advantages of the department:
(1) Standardized treatment of lung cancer and esophageal cancer: Lung cancer and esophageal cancer are common malignant tumors that currently endanger people"s life and health. And the treatment effect is not satisfactory on a global scale. Therefore, based on the advanced theory both at home and abroad and its rich experience summed up from years of hard work , the department of thoracic surgery adopts the strategy of standardized surgical treatment combined with multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment for lung cancer and esophageal cancer, which not only reduces the incidence of surgical complications but also improves the survival of patients with lung cancer and esophageal cancer.
(2) Minimally invasive surgery for thoracic surgery: Traditional thoracotomy has a big operation wound and the emergence of laparoscopic treatment has changed the conventional situation of "large incision in small surgery". Because of the advantages of small incision, light pain and quick recovery, laparoscopic treatment has become the mainstream of surgical treatment for esophageal cancer. Current operations performed include: thoracic laparoscopic esophageal cancer resection, total laparoscopic lung cancer resection, thoracoscopic pneumothorax resection, thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection, thoracoscopic/laparoscopic esophageal myotomy (Heller), laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair Surgery, anti-reflux (Nissen, Dor), thoracoscopic esophageal leiomyoma, thoracoscopic esophageal diverticulectomy and thoracoscopic mitral valve replacement, thoracoscopic tricuspid valvuloplasty, thoracoscopic cardiac tumor Resection, thoracoscopic ventricular septal defect repair and thoracic atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation etc.

学科带头人简介：
戎国祥，男，丹阳市人民医院胸心外科科主任，副主任医师，中华医学会镇江市心胸外科委员，江苏省医学会普胸食管学组委员，镇江市胸外科医疗鉴定专家库成员，1992年毕业于徐州医学院医学系，1992年至2015年4月在镇江市第一人民医院胸心外科工作，先后赴上海长海医院、北京大学第二附属医院、上海中山医院、西安西京医院进修深造。2014年获得镇江市首批腔镜技能培训师资格。擅长胸外科疾病诊治及并发症的处理，以及食管癌、肺癌根治术、纵隔肿瘤切除术等普胸手术；体外循环下瓣膜置换术、先心房缺室缺修补术、房颤消融术、左房粘液瘤摘除术等心外科手术；全胸腔镜下食管癌根治术、肺癌肺叶切除术、纵隔肿瘤切除术；全胸腔镜下二尖瓣置换术、房缺室缺修补术、左房粘液瘤摘除术、全腔镜下房颤消融术、DSA下主动脉夹层支架植入术等胸心外科微创手术。在省级以上杂志发表多篇学术论文。
殷优宏：副主任医师，1999年毕业于镇江医学院临床医疗系，2008年在上海胸科医院进修胸心外科，2013年在北京大学人民医院进修胸腔镜微创手术，胸外科工作近二十年，擅长食管肿瘤、肺部肿瘤、纵膈肿瘤、重度胸外伤的诊治、手术及微创治疗，曾在省级及国家级重点期刊上发表多篇学术论文。
丁明，副主任医师，2001年毕业于东南大学医学院，毕业后一直从事胸外科疾病的诊治工作，2011年至江苏省肿瘤医院胸外科进修一年， 2016年在华西医院进修胸腔镜微创手术。在国家级及医学核心期刊发表论文10余篇，擅长肋骨骨折等复杂创伤，食管癌，肺部及纵膈肿瘤等疾病的手术及微创治疗。
专科技术介绍：
普胸方面：在成熟开展开放手术的基础上，胸腔镜技术已经广泛应用于临床，包括：胸腹腔镜食管癌切除术、全腔镜肺癌切除术、胸腔镜气胸切除术、胸腔镜纵膈肿瘤切除术、胸腔镜/腹腔镜食管肌层切开术（Heller）、腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术、胸腔镜食管平滑肌瘤剥除术、胸腔镜食管憩室切除术。其中食管贲门癌手术达到国内外先进水平，获镇江市科技进步二等奖。现我科已独立开展单孔下肺癌根治手术。
心胸方面：在戎国祥主任的带领下，2016年已经成功的开展了体外循环下二尖瓣置换手术、三尖瓣成形手术、主动脉瓣置换手术、房间隔缺损修补术、左房粘液瘤切除手术、全腔镜下房颤射频消融术、主动脉夹层支架植入手术。所有病人均治愈出院，无一例死亡。其中，全腔镜房颤射频消融术在江苏省乃至全国都处于领先水平。在以后，我科将逐步开展全腔镜下二尖瓣置换、全腔镜下三尖瓣成形、全腔镜下房缺室缺修补术、升主动脉置换手术、冠状动脉搭桥手术等，甚至开展主动脉夹层直视手术。
