　　四川省妇幼保健院•四川省妇女儿童医院产科是四川省医学重点学科、四川省危重孕产妇救治中心、成都医学院附属妇女儿童医院硕士生培养点、四川省妇产科住院医师、助产士及护理规范化培训基地、国家级优秀爱婴医院示范科室，全国无痛分娩试点单位，2018年度国家级母婴安全优质服务单位，以及成都医学院、成都中医药大学、四川省卫生职业技术学校等高校的临床技能培训基地。现已发展成为全省领先水平的集医疗、教学、科研、保健为一体的现代化医学科室。

　　The Obstetrics department of Sichuan Provincial Hospital for Women and Children is one of the key medical disciplines in Sichuan Province, the Severe and Critical Maternal Medical Center in Sichuan Province, the master"s training center of the Women"s and Children"s Hospital Affiliated to Chengdu Medical College, and the standardized training center for the residents, midwives , nurses of Obstetrics and Gynecology department in Sichuan, Excellent National Baby-Friendly Hospital, National painless labor pilot unit, State-levels quality service unit of mothers and infant safety in 2018, and the clinical skills training base of Chengdu Medical College, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Sichuan Health Vocational and Technical School and the list goes on. Nowadays, it has developed into a leading provincial medical department which integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research and health care.

　　我科共有医生34人，护士67人，助产士31人，全科拥有正高6人，副高10人，硕士研究生23人。我科开设了妊娠合并糖尿病门诊(高岩主任医师)、双胎门诊(高岩主任医师)、妊娠期高血压疾病门诊(李灵玲主任医师)、异常胎位门诊(李灵玲主任医师)、凶险性前置胎盘门诊(蒋庆源主任医师、谢艳华副主任医师)、妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症门诊(杜晓红主任医师、蒋庆源主任医师)、妊娠合并甲状腺疾病门诊(杜晓红主任医师)、胎儿宫内生长受限门诊(谢艳华副主任医师)、习惯性流产门诊(何雪莲副主任医师)、瘢痕子宫疾病阴道分娩门诊(聂小成主任医师)等亚专业门诊，对高危妊娠进行了系统管理。我科编制床位131张，年分娩量过万。我科系四川省危重孕产妇救治中心，能救治产科各种急危重症。针对胎儿疾病构建了多学科诊疗模式（MDT），并开展了髂内动脉球囊封堵介入手术。为全省孕产妇母婴安全保驾护航。

　　Obstetrics department has 132 workers, 34 doctors, 67 nurses, 31 midwives, including 6 Chief Physicians, 10 Associated Chief Physicians in charge, and 23 of them have Master degree. The department has set up many subspecialty clinics, including gestational diabetes mellitus ( Gao Yan, Chief Physician), multiple pregnancy ( Gao Yan, Chief Physician), hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy ( Li Lingling, Chief Physician), abnormal fetal position ( Li Lingling, Chief Physician), pernicious placenta previa (Jiang Qingyuan, Chief Physician, Xie Yanhua, Associated Chief Physicians ), intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (Jiang Qingyuan, Chief Physician, Du Xiaohong, Chief Physicians ), pregnancy with thyroid diseases (Du Xiaohong, Chief Physicians ), fetal growth restriction (Xie Yanhua, Associated Chief Physicians ), recurrent spontaneous abortion (He Xuelian, Associated Chief Physicians ), vaginal birth after cesarean section, (Nie Xiaocheng, Associated Chief Physicians ) etc. Obstetrics department has 131 hospital beds, more than 10000 births each year. Our department is critical maternal medical center of Sichuan Province, which can treat various of critical obstetric diseases. The Department of Obstetrics established a multi-disciplinary treatment mode for fetal diseases, developed interventional occlusion operation, and protected the safety of mothers and infants.

　　我们本着"以人为本，促进自然分娩"的理念，优化服务和设施，推出多种特色服务。例如水中待产、水中分娩、导乐分娩、自由体位、臀位外倒转、瘢痕子宫阴道试产（VBAC）、分娩镇痛、限制性会阴侧切、新生儿早期基础保健（EENC）、早产儿袋鼠护理、母乳喂养指导、延迟断脐、家属陪产、孕期体重管理、产前助产咨询、高龄再生育咨询等优质服务。

　　Based on the concept of "people-oriented and promoting natural delivery", we have optimized our services and facilities, and lauched a variety of special services such as labor in water, delivery in water, Doula-style delivery, free body position, external cephalic version, vaginal birth after cesarean section, analgesia during labor, restrictive perineal incision, early essential neonatal care(EENC), kangaroo mother care for premature infants, breastfeeding guidance, delayed clamping umbilical cord, parernal accompany during labor , weight management in pregnancy, medical consultation on childbirth , medical consultation for re-birth family and other quality services.
