科室简介
麻醉科成立于1998年，2016年组建为麻醉手术中心，包括麻醉科、住院部手术室、门诊手术室、消毒供应中心四部分。
住院部手术室拥有千级、万级洁净手术间共11个;完善的麻醉和急救复苏设备，和可同时观察6个术后患者的麻醉恢复室（PACU）；有数台先进的进口欧美达麻醉机，数十台国产麻醉机，监护仪16台，进口除颤仪2台，亚低温治疗仪1台、血气分析仪以及先进的手术设备：高频电外科手术系统、爱尔博电刀、各类进口腔镜、超声刀、氩气刀、PK刀等。
目前我中心拥有坚实的人才队伍，有麻醉医师14人，其中主任医师3人，副主任医师2人，主治医师7人，住院医师2人。学历结构包括：硕士研究生6人，医学本科8人。
专职麻醉护士3人，均本科学历，中级职称。
住院部手术室护士25名。高级职称3人，中级职称13人，初级职称9人。
目前开展的业务主要有临床麻醉，术后镇痛和分娩镇痛、急救复苏。麻醉方式有硬膜外麻醉、骶管麻醉、腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉，气管内插管全麻，喉罩全麻,神经阻滞等。每年完成10000余例住院病人手术的麻醉以及10,000余例门诊手术麻醉，其中小儿麻醉1000余例，体外循环下小儿先天性心脏病心内直视手术10余例，无差错事故及严重并发症。实施麻醉的患者年龄范围从29周的早产儿到92岁老年人，涵盖产科、妇科、乳腺外科、甲状腺外科和小儿外科、耳鼻喉科，小儿心脏外科。患者体重从1.2公斤到142公斤，并承接地市州的转诊手术病人。
我中心门诊手术室现开放6个手术间、具有6张床的麻醉恢复室、6张床位的药流观察室。科室内具有先进的手术床、无影灯、麻醉机、监护仪、超声监测仪等。主要接收计划生育科、妇产科、乳腺外科、小儿外科及耳鼻喉科手术的日间手术。现有专职护士8人，其中中级职称3人，初级5人，均为本科学历。
我中心近5年在国内外医学期刊发表学术论文60余篇，在SCI收录期刊发表论文3篇，MEDLINE收录期刊发表论文 3篇。

The Department of Anesthesiology of Sichuan Provincial Hospital for Women and Children was established in 1998. The faculty of the department is composed of 3 chief doctors, 2 vice chief doctors, 7 attending doctors, 2 residents，and 3 anesthesia nurses. The academic structure includes 5 of master degree and 9 of undergraduates.
The Anesthesia and surgery center has 11 clean laminar flow operating room, complete recovery of anesthesia and emergency medical equipment, including a total of 16 anesthesia machine containing 8 of the imported Ohmeda anesthesia machine, 10 anesthesia monitors, 2 imported defibrillator, 1 hypothermia treatment device, high frequency electrosurgical system, Elbo electrotome, all kinds of stomatoscope, ultrasonic knife, argon knife, PK knife. Currently, The department of anesthesiology is quite impressive in its clinical anesthesia, postoperative analgesia, analgesic delivery and emergency resuscitation. Epidural anesthesia, caudal anesthesia, spinal-epidural anesthesia, gerneral anesthesia with ETTs or LMAs and nerve blocking were carried out. Annually, over 10,000 anesthesia cases in ORs and 10,000 cases of outpatient surgery were carried out. The patients were from premature neonates to 92 years old, weighing from 1.2 kg to 142 kg, including obstetric, gynecologic, breast, thyroid, pediatric, otolaryngology, pediatric cardiac surgery.
At present, the Anesthesia and surgery center has published more than 60 articles in the domestic and foreign medical journals, Which includes 3 articles of SCI and 3 articles of MEDLINE.
