科室简介
上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院肾脏专业始建于1965年，1976年成为一个独立的科室，下设临床、病理、实验室及透析室4个部门，是国内成立最早、配置最完善的肾脏专科之一，也是国内最早开展血液净化技术的肾脏病科室之一。
2008年初正式启用的血液净化中心新址位于医院门诊大楼16楼，占地1800m2，配套设施齐全，且严格按照CDC要求设计。中心现拥有血液透析机60台，CRRT机6台，血浆置换/免疫吸附机2台，自动腹膜透析机6台，Lauer双膜双反渗水处理机和移动水处理机各1台。
中心技术力量雄厚，拥有高素质的具有丰富血液净化治疗经验的医护人员，为病人提供优质的医疗服务。中心开展常规血透（HD）、腹透（CAPD）、血液滤过（HF）、血液透析滤过（HDF）、血液灌流（HP）、血浆置换（PE）、连续肾脏替代治疗(CRRT）、免疫吸附等各种血液净化技术，为各种急慢性肾功能衰竭、多脏器功能障碍综合征、药物中毒等急、危重症患者提供抢救和治疗。
中心推行数字化管理，人性化服务，医护人员使用掌上电脑进行透析处方和护理记录，建立专门的透析患者数据管理软件，对病人情况进行详细登记、存档及电子化管理。
另外，中心还特设有VIP区域，环境优雅舒适，硬件设施一流。为来自海内外各界人士提供最优秀的透析服务。

Ruijin Hospital is located in No. 197 Rui Jin Er Road, Lu Wan District in Shanghai, with an ideal location and transportation. The dialysis center is on the 16th floor of Ruijin outpatient building, occupying an area of 1800 square meters. Designed according the standards of CDC, Ruijin dialysis center is not only well-equipped and elegantly surrounded, but also with advanced technique and first-class service. It has sixty hemodialyzers, six CRRT machines, two plasmapheresis/immunoabsorption machines, six automated peritoneal dialysis (APD) machines, one Lauer double-pass reverse osmosis water treatment system and one mobile water treatment system.
Supported by strong technique force and experienced doctors and nurses, Ruijin dialysis center offers prominent knight service. All sorts of blood purification techniques were available, including hemodialysis (HD), continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD), hemofiltration (HF), hemodiafiltration (HDF), hemoperfusion (HP), plasmapheresis (PE), continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) and immunoabsorption, providing salvage and treatment of acute and critical patients those who are with acute/chronic renal failure, multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS), drug poisoning and so forth.
Based on digital management system and humanistic service, all the dialysis prescriptions and nursing records are handled by Personal Digital Assistant (PDA). Moreover, data management system was established and all the data of dialysis patients are registered, saved and overall monitored by electronic management, leading to increase in working efficiency.
VIP region is set up in Ruijin dialysis center. It is well-equipped and enveloped in elegant and peaceful surroundings, and its medical staff has good master of English and French, providing both overseas Chinese and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreigners with best service.
