超声诊断科

科室概括：丹阳市人民医院超声科现有人员29人，其中高级职称2人，主治医师10人，住院医师6人，分为5个专业组：腹部、妇产、小器官血管、心脏、介入，承担全院所有门诊和病房的超声检查和治疗。科室位于门诊大楼二楼，每天约检查病人500余次，全年检查病人约19万人次，介入性超声1400余人次。我科现有各类高中档彩色超声诊断仪18台，其中包括具备当今世界上超声诊断最高端技术的飞利浦EPIQ7彩色超声诊断仪、飞利浦EPIQ7C彩色超声诊断仪、飞利浦iE33彩色超声诊断仪、飞利浦iU22彩色超声诊断仪、GE公司E10彩色超声诊断仪、GE公司E9彩色超声诊断仪、西门子公ACUSONSequoia512彩色超声诊断仪、百胜公司Mylab70XVision彩色超声诊断仪及GE公司VIVIQ便携彩色超声诊断仪等。科室进行常规超声检查外，还可完成胎儿结构筛查、经食道超声心动图、三维超声成像、弹性超声、声学造影、斑点追踪等较新的超声成像和诊断功能，对于病变的早期发现和良恶性的鉴别诊断具有较高的价值。胎儿结构筛查已累计完成13000余例。除开展正常的超声检查外，还进行超声引导下各类穿刺活检及治疗，目前年完成各类介入手术1000余例，已成为超声科的一大特色。科室近年来在新技术、科研上非常重视，并取得了越来越好的成绩，每年发表国内论文十余篇，并获得市级课题；每年举办地区学术会议，近年来科室每年有人在全国及省级会议上发言交流新技术；科室注重抓医疗质量、服务质量，全面提升科室在医院的地位，多次被评为先进科室。为不断提高科室整体的诊疗水平，使我们能走在同级医院的前列，我们近20年来一直和上海、南京大医院一直保持密切联系，每月都有上海或南京方面的超声专家来我科室进行技术支持。TheDepartmentofUltrasoundinDanyangPeople"sHospitalhas29staffmembers,including2withseniortitles,10attendingphysiciansand6residentdoctors.Itisdividedinto5professionalgroupsfocusingonabdomen,maternity,smallorganbloodvessels,heartandinterventionrespectively.Thedepartmentundertakestheultrasoundexaminationandtreatmentofalloutpatientsandinpatientsinthehospital.Thedepartmentislocatedonthesecondflooroftheoutpatientservicebuilding,examiningmorethan500patientsaday.About190,000patientsareexaminedthroughouttheyear,amongwhichmorethan1400patientsaregiveninnterventionalultrasonography.Thereare18high-endcolorultrasonicdiagnosticinstrumentsinourdepartment,includingPhilipsEPIQ7colorultrasonicsystemwiththeworld"shighestdiagnosticultrasoundtechnology,PhilipsEPIQ7Ccolorultrasonicdiagnosticinstrument,PhilipsiE33colorultrasonicdiagnosticinstrument,PhilipsiU22colorultrasonicdiagnosticequipment,GEE10colorultrasonicdiagnosticequipment,GEE9colorultrasonicdiagnosticequipment,SiemenspublicACUSONSequoia512colorultrasonicdiagnosticequipment,Mylab70XVisioncolorultrasonicdiagnosticequipmentandGEVIVIQportablecolorultrasonicdiagnosticequipmentetc.Inadditiontoroutineultrasoundexamination,thedepartmentcanalsoperformnewerultrasoundimaginganddiagnosticfunctionssuchasfetalstructurescreening,transesophagealechocardiography,three-dimensionalultrasoundimaging,elasticultrasound,acousticcontrastultrasoundandspeckletracking,whichhaveahighvalueforearlydetectionofpathologicalchangesanddifferentialdiagnosisofbenignandmalignantlesions.Morethan13,000casesoffetalstructurescreeninghavebeencompleted.Besidesthenormalultrasoundexamination,varioustypesofneedlebiopsyandtreatmentunderultrasoundguidancehavealsobeencarriedout.Atpresent,morethan1,000casesofvarioustypesofinterventionalprocedureshavebeencompleted,whichhasbecomeamajorfeatureoftheultrasounddepartment.Inrecentyears,thedepartmenthasattachedgreatimportancetoscientificresearchesonnewtechnologies,andhasachievedbetterandbetterresults.Morethan10papersarepublishedathomeeveryyearandthedepartmenthasobtainedmunicipal-levelprojects.Eachyear,regionalacademicconferencesareheld.Inrecentyears,somestaffmembersofthedepartmenthavespokenandexchangednewtechnologiesatnationalandprovincialconferenceseveryyear.Thedepartmentpaysattentiontothequalityofmedicalcareandservice,andcomprehensivelyupgradesthepositionofthedepartmentinthehospital.Ithasbeenratedasanadvanceddepartmentformanytimes.Inordertocontinuouslyimprovetheoveralldiagnosisandtreatmentlevelofthedepartment,theyhavebeeninclosecontactwithbighospitalsinShanghaiandNanjingfornearly20years.Everymonth,ultrasoundexpertsfromShanghaiorNanjingcometoprovidetechnicalsupport.开展项目：1、能开展心脏、消化系统、泌尿系统、妇科、产科的常规二维超声检查和诊断。2、能开展心脏、消化系统、泌尿系统、妇科、产科的彩色多普勒超声检查和诊断。3、能开展妇科和前列腺的腔内二维超声检查和诊断。4、能开展腹腔内大血管的二维及彩色多普勒超声检查和诊断。5、能开展外周血管的二维及彩色多普勒超声检查和诊断。6、能开展颅外段脑血管的二维及彩色多普勒超声检查和诊断。7、能开展浅表器官的常规二维及彩色多普勒超声检查和诊断。8、能开展妇科和前列腺的腔内彩色多普勒超声检查和诊断。9、能开展中孕胎儿系统筛查。10、能开展右心声学造影检查。11、能开展三维超声检查。12、能开展经食道超声心动图检查。13、能开展各种临床治疗的定位和引导。14、能开展术中超声。15、能独立开展超声定位穿刺活检、抽液或置管。16、能独立开展超声引导肿瘤消融术。学科带头人：李斌义：超声科主任，主任医师。1996年毕业于南京医科大学医学系。现任江苏省医学会超声医学分会学组成员；镇江市医学会超声医学委员会副主任委员，丹阳市超声学组组长。擅长介入性超声、超声心动图检查及血管彩超检查，年完成各类介入性超声1000余例。
