科室概括：
丹阳市人民医院超声科现有人员29人，其中高级职称2人，主治医师10人，住院医师6人，分为5个专业组：腹部、妇产、小器官血管、心脏、介入，承担全院所有门诊和病房的超声检查和治疗。科室位于门诊大楼二楼，每天约检查病人500余次，全年检查病人约19万人次，介入性超声1400余人次。 我科现有各类高中档彩色超声诊断仪18台，其中包括具备当今世界上超声诊断最高端技术的飞利浦EPIQ 7彩色超声诊断仪、飞利浦EPIQ 7C彩色超声诊断仪、飞利浦iE33彩色超声诊断仪、飞利浦iU22彩色超声诊断仪、GE公司E10彩色超声诊断仪、GE公司E9彩色超声诊断仪、西门子公ACUSON Sequoia512彩色超声诊断仪、百胜公司Mylab 70X Vision彩色超声诊断仪及GE公司VIVIQ便携彩色超声诊断仪等。科室进行常规超声检查外，还可完成胎儿结构筛查、经食道超声心动图、三维超声成像、弹性超声、声学造影、斑点追踪等较新的超声成像和诊断功能，对于病变的早期发现和良恶性的鉴别诊断具有较高的价值。胎儿结构筛查已累计完成13000余例。除开展正常的超声检查外，还进行超声引导下各类穿刺活检及治疗，目前年完成各类介入手术1000余例，已成为超声科的一大特色。科室近年来在新技术、科研上非常重视，并取得了越来越好的成绩，每年发表国内论文十余篇，并获得市级课题；每年举办地区学术会议，近年来科室每年有人在全国及省级会议上发言交流新技术；科室注重抓医疗质量、服务质量，全面提升科室在医院的地位，多次被评为先进科室。为不断提高科室整体的诊疗水平，使我们能走在同级医院的前列，我们近20年来一直和上海、南京大医院一直保持密切联系，每月都有上海或南京方面的超声专家来我科室进行技术支持。
The Department of Ultrasound in Danyang People"s Hospital has 29 staff members, including 2 with senior titles,10 attending physicians and 6 resident doctors. It is divided into 5 professional groups focusing on abdomen, maternity, small organ blood vessels, heart and intervention respectively. The department undertakes the ultrasound examination and treatment of all outpatients and inpatients in the hospital. The department is located on the second floor of the outpatient service building, examining more than 500 patients a day. About 190,000 patients are examined throughout the year, among which more than 1400 patients are given innterventional ultrasonography. There are 18 high-end color ultrasonic diagnostic instruments in our department, including Philips EPIQ 7 color ultrasonic system with the world"s highest diagnostic ultrasound technology, Philips EPIQ 7C color ultrasonic diagnostic instrument, Philips iE33 color ultrasonic diagnostic instrument, Philips iU22 color ultrasonic diagnostic equipment, GE E10color ultrasonic diagnostic equipment,GE E9color ultrasonic diagnostic equipment, Siemens public ACUSON Sequoia512 color ultrasonic diagnostic equipment, Mylab 70X Vision color ultrasonic diagnostic equipment and GE VIVIQ portable color ultrasonic diagnostic equipment etc. In addition to routine ultrasound examination, the department can also perform newer ultrasound imaging and diagnostic functions such as fetal structure screening, transesophageal echocardiography, three-dimensional ultrasound imaging, elastic ultrasound, acoustic contrast ultrasound and speckle tracking, which have a high value for early detection of pathological changes and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions. More than 13,000 cases of fetal structure screening have been completed. Besides the normal ultrasound examination,various types of needle biopsy and treatment under ultrasound guidance have also been carried out. At present, more than 1,000 cases of various types of interventional procedures have been completed, which has become a major feature of the ultrasound department. In recent years, the department has attached great importance to scientific researches on new technologies , and has achieved better and better results. More than 10 papers are published at home every year and the department has obtained municipal-level projects. Each year, regional academic conferences are held. In recent years, some staff members of the department have spoken and exchanged new technologies at national and provincial conferences every year. The department pays attention to the quality of medical care and service, and comprehensively upgrades the position of the department in the hospital. It has been rated as an advanced department for many times. In order to continuously improve the overall diagnosis and treatment level of the department, they have been in close contact with big hospitals in Shanghai and Nanjing for nearly 20 years. Every month, ultrasound experts from Shanghai or Nanjing come to provide technical support.

10、能开展右心声学造影检查。

12、能开展经食道超声心动图检查。
13、能开展各种临床治疗的定位和引导。
14、能开展术中超声。
15、能独立开展超声定位穿刺活检、抽液或置管。
16、能独立开展超声引导肿瘤消融术。
学科带头人：
李斌义：超声科主任，主任医师。1996年毕业于南京医科大学医学系。现任江苏省医学会超声医学分会学组成员；镇江市医学会超声医学委员会副主任委员，丹阳市超声学组组长。擅长介入性超声、超声心动图检查及血管彩超检查，年完成各类介入性超声1000余例。
