皮肤性病科

丹阳市人民医院皮肤性病科创建于1973年，是丹阳地区最早的皮肤病与性病专科之一，年门诊4万余人次，在全省同等级医院中位居前茅。我科技术力量雄厚，现共有医务人员6名，其中副主任医师1名，主治医师2名，住院医师2名，均获得本科以上学历；护士1名。现任科主任眭洪峰，本科学历，副主任医师，镇江市皮肤性病学会委员，镇江市中西医结合皮肤性病学会秘书，丹阳市医学会皮肤性病学分会主任委员，江苏省美容主诊医师。皮肤科门诊位于门诊楼四楼，开设有普通门诊及专科门诊。配备有皮肤病与性病实验室、专科治疗室。常规开展荨麻疹、接触性皮炎、银屑病、带状疱疹等皮肤病以及尖锐湿疣、梅毒、淋病等各种性病的治疗以及体表良恶性肿瘤切除术、微创大汗腺切除术等各种美容手术。在丹阳以及周边地区获得了很好的口碑。皮肤科医疗设施齐全，现拥有国内外先进的激光治疗仪、微波治疗仪、多功能电离子治疗仪、窄波紫外线治疗仪、调Q激光机、点阵激光机、光动力治疗仪、红蓝光治疗仪等多种治疗仪器，能进行激光、祛疤、电灼、理疗、光化学疗法、局封等多种治疗。专业治疗药品齐全，有很好的临床治疗效果。我科拥有先进的皮肤性病实验检测设备及熟练的技术人员。能开展皮肤病理、真菌、普通细菌的检测及妇科白带、男性尿道分泌物及人类乳头瘤病毒的常规检测，能开展各种性病的检测包括梅毒、生殖器疱疹、淋菌、支原体、衣原体、滴虫、念珠菌、艾滋病等，结果准确快捷。过敏反应测试室主要开展各种过敏原测试，可检测各种过敏性疾病如荨麻疹，过敏性鼻炎，哮喘，湿疹，化妆品皮炎的病因，并通过避免接触过敏原达到根治目的。做好临床工作的同时，我们还进行了大量的科研工作，在各级杂志上发表的学术论文达20余篇，并有多篇论文获奖。我科还是江苏大学、苏州大学、南通医学院等大专院校的临床教学科室，负责组织来自各校学生的皮肤病及性病临床教学。选择我们是您对我们的信任，让您满意是我们对您的承诺。我科全体医护人员竭诚以优质的服务、精湛的医术、良好的医德、一流的设备、便民的措施为广大患者服务！TheDepartmentofDermatologyandVenereologyofDanyangPeople"sHospitalwasestablishedin1973.AsoneoftheearliestspecializeddepartmentfordermatopathyandvenerealdiseaseinDanyang,therearemorethan40,000outpatientsperyear,rankingamongthebestinhospitalsofthesamelevelintheprovince.Thedepartmenthasstrongtechnicalforce,withastaffof6,including1deputychiefphysician,2attendingphysiciansand2residentdoctors,allofwhomhaveobtainedbachelordegreeorabove.ThecurrentdirectorofthedepartmentisHongfengSui,deputychiefphysician,memberofZhenjiangDermatologicalDiseasesSociety,secretaryofZhenjiangAssociationofIntegratedTraditionalandWesternMedicine,anddirectoroftheDepartmentofDermatologyandSexualDiseasesofDanyangMedicalAssociation,JiangsuProvince.Thedermatologyclinicislocatedonthefourthflooroftheoutpatientbuilding,offeringoutpatientsordinaryconsultationandexpert’sconsultation.InadermatologyandSTDlaboratoryandaspecializedtreatmentroom,thestaffregularlytreatskindiseasesuchassurticaria,contactdermatitis,psoriasis,herpeszosterandsoon,andsexuallytransmitteddiseaseslikecondylomaacuminata,syphilis,gonorrheaetc.,alsogetgoodtreatment.Moreover,variouscosmeticsurgeriessuchasbenignandmalignanttumorresectiononbodysurfaceandminimallyinvasiveapocrineresectionetc,havewonagoodreputationinDanyangandsurroundingareas.Thedepartmenthascompletedermatologymedicalfacilitiesincludinglasertherapeuticapparatus,microwavetherapeuticapparatus,multi-functionion-iontherapeuticapparatus,narrow-waveultraviolettherapeuticapparatus,Q-switchedlasermachine,dotmatrixlasermachine,photodynamictherapydevice,redandbluetherapeuticdevice,andothertherapeuticinstruments,whichcanperformvarioustreatmentssuchaslaser,sputum,electrocautery,physiotherapy,photochemotherapy,andlocalsealetc.Besides,professionaltherapeuticdrugsarecompleteandhavegoodclinicaltherapeuticeffects.Ourdepartmenthasadvancedskindiseasetestingequipmentandskilledtechnicians,capableofthedetectionofskinpathology,fungi,commonbacteriaandroutinedetectionofgynecologicalvaginaldischarge,maleurethralsecretionandhumanpapillomavirus.Inaddition,thedepartmentcancarryoutaccurateandfastdetectionofavarietyofsexuallytransmitteddiseasesincludingsyphilis,genitalherpes,gonococcus,mycoplasma,chlamydia,trichomoniasis,candida,AIDS,etc.IntheAllergicReactionTestRoomthecausesofvariousallergicdiseasessuchasurticaria,allergicrhinitis,asthma,eczema,Cosmeticdermatitisetc.,canbedetectedviaavarietyofallergentests,andbyavoidingexposuretoallergensthepatientscangetcured.Whiledoingagoodjobinclinicalwork,thestaffmembersalsodoalotofscientificresearch,andhavepublishedmorethan20academicpapersinvariousmagazines,manyofwhichhavewonawards.OurdepartmentisalsotheclinicalteachingdepartmentforJiangsuUniversity,SuzhouUniversity,NantongMedicalCollegeetc.,responsiblefororganizingclinicalteachingofskindiseasesandsexuallytransmitteddiseasesforstudentsfromvariousschools.Choosingusshowsyourtrustinus,andyoursatisfactionisourpromise.Allmedicalstaffinourdepartmentwholeheartedlyservethepatientswithqualityservice,superbmedicalskills,goodmedicalethics,first-classequipmentandconvenience-for-peoplemeasures!健康教育处方带状疱疹是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的急性感染性皮肤病。对此病毒无免疫力的儿童被感染后，发生水痘。部分患者被感染后成为带病毒者而不发生症状。由于病毒具有亲神经性，感染后可长期潜伏于脊髓神经后根神经节的神经元内，当抵抗力低下或劳累、感染时，病毒可再次生长繁殖，并沿神经纤维移至皮肤，使受侵犯的神经和皮肤产生强烈的炎症。皮疹一般有单侧性和按神经节段分布的特点，有集簇性的疱疹组成，并伴有疼痛；年龄愈大，神经痛愈重。本病好发于成人，春秋季节多见。典型表现疹前可有轻度乏力、低热、纳差等全身症状，患处皮肤自觉灼热感或者神经痛，触之有明显的痛觉敏感，持续1～3天，亦可无前驱症状即发疹。好发部位依次为肋间神经、颈神经、三叉神经和腰骶神经支配区域。患处常首先出现潮红斑，很快出现粟粒至黄豆大小的丘疹，簇状分布而不融合，继之迅速变为水疱，疱壁紧张发亮，疱液澄清，外周绕以红晕，各簇水疱群间皮肤正常；皮损沿某一周围神经呈带状排列，多发生在身体的一侧，一般不超过正中线。神经痛为本病特征之一，可在发病前或伴随皮损出现，老年患者常较为剧烈。病程一般2～3周，水疱干涸、结痂脱落后留有暂时性淡红斑或色素沉着。该病治疗上以抗病毒、止痛、消炎、控制并发症为主，切忌病急乱投医，导致病情加重。性病专科全周门诊，眭洪峰专家门诊为周二、周四，为热忱欢迎广大皮肤病及性病患者前来我院门诊诊治。咨询电话：86553035友情提醒：患病莫忌医治病须正规
