科室简介
丹阳市人民医院皮肤性病科创建于1973年，是丹阳地区最早的皮肤病与性病专科之一，年门诊4万余人次，在全省同等级医院中位居前茅。
我科技术力量雄厚，现共有医务人员6名，其中副主任医师1名，主治医师2名，住院医师2名，均获得本科以上学历；护士1名。现任科主任眭洪峰，本科学历，副主任医师，镇江市皮肤性病学会委员，镇江市中西医结合皮肤性病学会秘书，丹阳市医学会皮肤性病学分会主任委员，江苏省美容主诊医师。
皮肤科门诊位于门诊楼四楼，开设有普通门诊及专科门诊。配备有皮肤病与性病实验室、专科治疗室。常规开展荨麻疹、接触性皮炎、银屑病、带状疱疹等皮肤病以及尖锐湿疣、梅毒、淋病等各种性病的治疗以及体表良恶性肿瘤切除术、微创大汗腺切除术等各种美容手术。在丹阳以及周边地区获得了很好的口碑。
皮肤科医疗设施齐全，现拥有国内外先进的激光治疗仪、微波治疗仪、多功能电离子治疗仪、窄波紫外线治疗仪、调Q激光机、点阵激光机、光动力治疗仪、红蓝光治疗仪等多种治疗仪器，能进行激光、祛疤、电灼、理疗、光化学疗法、局封等多种治疗。专业治疗药品齐全，有很好的临床治疗效果。
我科拥有先进的皮肤性病实验检测设备及熟练的技术人员。能开展皮肤病理、真菌、普通细菌的检测及妇科白带、男性尿道分泌物及人类乳头瘤病毒的常规检测，能开展各种性病的检测包括梅毒、生殖器疱疹、淋菌、支原体、衣原体、滴虫、念珠菌、艾滋病等，结果准确快捷。过敏反应测试室主要开展各种过敏原测试，可检测各种过敏性疾病如荨麻疹，过敏性鼻炎，哮喘，湿疹，化妆品皮炎的病因，并通过避免接触过敏原达到根治目的。
做好临床工作的同时，我们还进行了大量的科研工作，在各级杂志上发表的学术论文达20余篇，并有多篇论文获奖。我科还是江苏大学、苏州大学、南通医学院等大专院校的临床教学科室，负责组织来自各校学生的皮肤病及性病临床教学。

The Department of Dermatology and Venereology of Danyang People"s Hospital was established in 1973. As one of the earliest specialized department for dermatopathy and venereal disease in Danyang, there are more than 40,000 outpatients per year, ranking among the best in hospitals of the same level in the province.
The department has strong technical force, with a staff of 6, including 1 deputy chief physician, 2 attending physicians and 2 resident doctors, all of whom have obtained bachelor degree or above. The current director of the department is Hongfeng Sui, deputy chief physician, member of Zhenjiang Dermatological Diseases Society, secretary of Zhenjiang Association of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine, and director of the Department of Dermatology and Sexual Diseases of Danyang Medical Association, Jiangsu Province.
The dermatology clinic is located on the fourth floor of the outpatient building , offering outpatients ordinary consultation and expert’s consultation. In a dermatology and STD laboratory and a specialized treatment room, the staff regularly treat skin disease such as surticaria, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, herpes zoster and so on, and sexually transmitted diseases like condyloma acuminata, syphilis, gonorrhea etc., also get good treatment. Moreover, various cosmetic surgeries such as benign and malignant tumor resection on body surface and minimally invasive apocrine resection etc, have won a good reputation in Danyang and surrounding areas.
The department has complete dermatology medical facilities including laser therapeutic apparatus, microwave therapeutic apparatus, multi-function ion-ion therapeutic apparatus, narrow-wave ultraviolet therapeutic apparatus, Q-switched laser machine, dot matrix laser machine, photodynamic therapy device, red and blue therapeutic device, and other therapeutic instruments, which can perform various treatments such as laser, sputum, electrocautery, physiotherapy, photochemotherapy, and local seal etc. Besides, professional therapeutic drugs are complete and have good clinical therapeutic effects.
Our department has advanced skin disease testing equipment and skilled technicians, capable of the detection of skin pathology, fungi, common bacteria and routine detection of gynecological vaginal discharge, male urethral secretion and human papillomavirus. In addition, the department can carry out accurate and fast detection of a variety of sexually transmitted diseases including syphilis, genital herpes, gonococcus, mycoplasma, chlamydia, trichomoniasis, candida, AIDS, etc. In the Allergic Reaction Test Room the causes of various allergic diseases such as urticaria, allergic rhinitis, asthma, eczema, Cosmetic dermatitis etc., can be detected via a variety of allergen tests, and by avoiding exposure to allergens the patients can get cured.
While doing a good job in clinical work, the staff members also do a lot of scientific research, and have published more than 20 academic papers in various magazines, many of which have won awards. Our department is also the clinical teaching department for Jiangsu University, Suzhou University, Nantong Medical College etc. , responsible for organizing clinical teaching of skin diseases and sexually transmitted diseases for students from various schools.

健康教育处方
带状疱疹是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的急性感染性皮肤病。对此病毒无免疫力的儿童被感染后，发生水痘。部分患者被感染后成为带病毒者而不发生症状。由于病毒具有亲神经性，感染后可长期潜伏于脊髓神经后根神经节的神经元内，当抵抗力低下或劳累、感染时，病毒可再次生长繁殖，并沿神经纤维移至皮肤，使受侵犯的神经和皮肤产生强烈的炎症。皮疹一般有单侧性和按神经节段分布的特点，有集簇性的疱疹组成，并伴有疼痛；年龄愈大，神经痛愈重。本病好发于成人，春秋季节多见。
典型表现
疹前可有轻度乏力、低热、纳差等全身症状，患处皮肤自觉灼热感或者神经痛，触之有明显的痛觉敏感，持续1～3天，亦可无前驱症状即发疹。好发部位依次为肋间神经、颈神经、三叉神经和腰骶神经支配区域。患处常首先出现潮红斑，很快出现粟粒至黄豆大小的丘疹，簇状分布而不融合，继之迅速变为水疱，疱壁紧张发亮，疱液澄清，外周绕以红晕，各簇水疱群间皮肤正常；皮损沿某一周围神经呈带状排列，多发生在身体的一侧，一般不超过正中线。神经痛为本病特征之一，可在发病前或伴随皮损出现，老年患者常较为剧烈。病程一般2～3周，水疱干涸、结痂脱落后留有暂时性淡红斑或色素沉着。
该病治疗上以抗病毒、止痛、消炎、控制并发症为主，切忌病急乱投医，导致病情加重。
