感染科

科室特色：本科主要从事对以发热为主的感染性疾病以及传染病进行筛查、诊断、治疗工作，还承担着疫情监控、上报和协助院内感染管理控制的任务。针对近几年来，甲型流感的多次流行，我们还开展了流感抗原快速检测，甲型流感病毒核酸PCR检测。参加药理基地的帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液Ⅳ期临床药物试验。Thedepartmentismainlyengagedinscreening,diagnoseandtreatmentoffever-focusinfectiousdiseasesandepidemicsurveillanceandcontainment,reportandinfectiouscontrol.AsH1N1hasbeenepidemicinrecentyears,wecarriedoutarapidmethodfordetectinginfluenzaAvirusantigenandnucleicacidsPCR.MedicalpersonnelParticipatePeramivirandSodiumChlorideInjectionIVclinicaldrugtrials.首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院感染科2003年5月正式成立。10年来科室不断发展壮大，目前共有医护人员28人，医生14人，护士14人;主任医师1人，副主任医师1人，主治医师7人，主管护师12人;教授1人，博士2人，硕士8人。形成了结构合理的人才梯队。本科设有发热门诊和肠道门诊，留观病床15张，并设有抢救室。承担各种发热性疾病和腹泻相关疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗。留观病房环境舒适、方便、安静，便于病人治疗、休息，防止交叉感染。接诊医师为高年住院医师、主治医师以上的工作人员，临床经验丰富。护士均为工作十年以上的护师及主管护师担任，护理工作细致、到位，注意人性化的服务。Departmentofinfectiousdiseases,BeijingAnzhenHospital,CapitalMedicalUniversitywasfoundedin2003.Withthecontinuousdevelopment,thedepartmentformedreasonablestructureofechelonpersonnel.Thereare28medicalpersonnelnow,including2seniorprofessionals,7attendingphysiciansand12seniornurses.Thedepartmentisequippedwithfeverclinic,entericclinic,observationwardandrescueroom,responsiblefordiagnose,differentialdiagnoseandtreatmentofvariousfeverdiseasesanddiarrhearelateddiseases.Theenvironmentofobservationwardiscomfortable,convenientandquietforpatients’treatmentandresttopreventcrossinfection.Thereareexperienceddoctorsandnursestopatientscare.本科承担首都医科大学第六临床医学院感染性疾病的理论、实习等教学工作。近5年感染疾病科参加并完成了北京市疾控中心"肠道门诊诺如病毒感染检测""肠道门诊沙门氏菌感染检测"工作;在全国核心期刊发表论文30余篇。《综合性医院医院感染监控模式研究》获得北京市卫生局科研成果二等奖。编写出版《感染性疾病科医疗护理手册》和《重症监护学》等多部书籍。参加国家卫计委《综合医院传染病管理工作规范和考核评价标准》编写。ThedepartmentisengagedineducationofinfectiousdiseasestheoryandpracticeoftheSixthClinicalMedicalSchoolofCapitalMedicalUniversity.Inrecent5years,Departmentofinfectiousdiseasesparticipatedandfinished"intestinalclinicNorovirusdetecting"and"salmonelladetectinginentericclinic"ofBeijingCDC,andpublishedmorethan30articles."Researchonnosocomialinfectionmonitoringmodelofgeneralhospital"receivedthesecondscientificresearchprizeofBeijingMunicipalHealthBureau."InfectiousDiseasesMedicalCareManual","TextbookofCriticalCare"andsomeotherbookswereeditedandpublished.ThedepartmentalsoEngagesincompilingof"HospitalInfectiousDiseasesManagementNormandAssessmentCriteria"byNationalHealthandFamilyPlanningCommissionofChina.因传染病防控工作出色，多次受到北京市和朝阳区卫生局的表扬及嘉奖。TheexcellentperformanceininfectiousdiseasespreventionandcontrolhasbeenpraisedformanytimesbyBeijingmunicipalandChaoyangdistricthealthbureaus电话：64456735邮箱：Anzhenganranke@163.comTel:64456735E-mail:Anzhenganranke@163.com
