超声心动二部

科室特色：1.以胎儿心脏畸形二级预防为纽带的先天性心脏病三级防治研究2.三维经食管超声在二尖瓣成形术中的监测及二尖瓣对合指数的定量研究3.肥厚性梗阻型心肌病心肌化学消融术治疗方面：采用冠脉血流显像技术在术前判断靶血管结合术中冠脉造影介导的心肌声学造影最终确定靶血管安贞医院心脏超声诊断科二部，科室人员12人，教授主任医师1名，副主任医师7名，主治医师3名，主管护师1名，其中博士8名，硕士研究生3名，科室在读研究生7名。承担全国各地进修医师培训工作，年进修生近200人次。常规开展心脏外科术中瓣膜成形、置换、先心病矫治术、冠脉搭桥术中心外膜或经食管超声监测、各种瓣膜狭窄球囊扩张术、房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损，动脉导管未闭经导管封堵术、肥厚型心肌病化学消融术、主动脉瘤覆膜支架放置术、心肺移植术中及冠状动脉内超声监测或检查。近年来，胎儿超声心动图在我科迅速发展成为特色项目，成为北京地区、甚至周边省市胎儿心脏会诊中心，并搭建远程会诊平台，于2013年成立了胎儿心脏病母胎医学会诊中心。EchocardiographyDepartmentofAnzhenhospitalisateamofesteemedcardiologistssupervisesallproceduresinclude12staff,1chiefphysician,7associatedprofessors,3attendingand1chargingnurse.Amongthem,8doctorsownDoctordegree,3doctorsownpostgraduatesand7graduatestudentsofDepartment.Morethan200trainingphysicianall-aroundthecountryweretrainedinthisdepartmentperyear.Servicesincludetransthoracicechocardiography,transesophagealechocardiography,fetalechocardiography,dobutaminestressechocardiography,contrastechocardiography.Transesophagealechocardiographieswereperformedincardiacsurgery:valvedisease,congenitalheartdiseaseandcoronaryarterydisease.Transthoracicechocardiographywereperformedinvalvestenosisballoondilation,atrialSeptalDefect,Ventricularseptaldefect,patentductusarteriosusocclusionincatheterlab,monitortheprocedureofablationofhypertrophiccardiomyopathy,aorticaneurysmstentplacement,heartorlungtranslation.Inrecentyears,fetalechocardiographyhasrapidlydevelopedintoauniqueitemsinmysection,andsetupfetalheartconsultationCenterinBeijingandevennearbyprovinces,andputupthetele-medicineinfetalechocardiography.In2013,fetalheartdiseasesmaternal-fetalmedicalconsultationcenterwassetup.Serviceareas:1.SecondarypreventionoffetalcardiacmalformationsasalinkwithcongenitalheartdiseasetertiarypreventionCongenitalheartdisease(CHD)rangthefirstincommon23kindsofnewborncongenitalbirthdefect,mostchildrenwithCHDdiedduringthewaitfortreatment,whichbringaheavyburdenonthefamiliesandcommunity.So,secondarypreventionofcongenitalheartdiseases-prenatalechocardiographicexaminationsisthekeypointsandfocusincongenitalheartdiseasetertiaryprevention.HeYihuaprofessorsledtheteamwithresearchfundingsupportbuiltmultipleplatformincludinginternationalcooperationplatformandnationallong-distancenetworkconsultationCenter,carryoutthemedicalresearchinhemodynamicsoffetalcongenitalheartdisease,ultrasonographicandpathologicalchangesoffetalcardiacmalformationsandotherrelatedstudieswhenshecomefromtheUnitedStates.Establishedalargesampleoffetalcardiacimaging,bio-specimendatabase.ByJanuary2014,thedatabasereached6,400cases.Successfullyheldthreesessions,"internationalseminaroffetalechocardiography".EstablishedtheinternationalpartnershipwiththeworldleadershipgroupinfetusesultrasoundareasrelatedincludingUnitedStatesPhiladelphiachildren"sHospital,YaleUniversitySchoolofmedicineforfetalCHDconsultationwork.In2013,fetalheartdiseasesmaternal-fetalmedicalconsultationcenterwassetupandwererecognizedbypatientsandexpertsintheearlyrun,notonlybenefitpatientsenjoyaprofessional,multidisciplinary,greenchannelservice,andtrainedagroupofsolvingtheproblemofinterdisciplinaryteamofexperts,graduatestudentteams,forpatientswithbetterservices.In2013,CCTVNewsreported.2012firstpublishedChinesefetalcardiachemodynamicandanatomicalchangesofnormalreferencevalue.Nearly20SCIpaperspublishedinrecentyears,morethan70paperspublishedindomesticjournals,forthreeconsecutiveyearsattheInternationalCongressofmaternityandAHA,ASE,ACCmeetingmadeastatement.《Thefetalechocardiography》publishedinJune2013.2.Three-dimensionalTransesophagealechocardiographyinmitralvalverepairmonitoringandquantitativestudyofmitralvalvecoaptationindex.ProfessorHeYihuawithherteamfundedbynationalnaturalsciencefoundation2009inthequantitativeandcomparativeanalysisofmitralregurgitationdegreeinnormaldogsbyRT-3D-TEE,whichprovedthattheRT-3D-TEEinmeasuringthedegreeofmitralregurgitationisfeasible,andconfirmedthedegreeofmitralregurgitationandmitralregurgitationflownegativecorrelation.TheresearchresultswerecommunicatedinannualmeetingoftheChineseultrasound,Asia-PacificConferencein2011,AHA,ASE.3.Myocardialablationinhypertrophicobstructivecardiomyopathytreatment:CoronaryflowImagingcombinedwithcoronaryangiography-mediatedmyocardialContrastechocardiographyinpreoperativedecisiontargetingbloodvesselandultimatelydeterminethetargetvessels.ProfessorHeYihuadesignandapplyultrasoundnewtechnologyaccordingtotherequirementsofInterventionaltechnologies-CoronaryflowImagingcombinedwithcoronaryangiography-mediatedmyocardialContrastechocardiographyinpreoperativedecisiontargetingbloodvesselandultimatelydeterminethetargetvessels,reducedtheoperationtimeofinterventionalprocedures,reducesleftventricularoutflowtractpressuregradientofrebounding.ThisnewtechnicwasrecognizedbyclinicaldoctorinanzhenhospitalandasanessentialchecksbeforetheVentricularseptalmyocardialablation,promotedinseveralhospitalsinthecountryevenintheVirginiaCommonwealthUniversity,UnitedStates.4.Attemptandexplorationofnewultrasonicevaluationincatheterablationofatrialfibrillationandgreatvesseldiseaseevaluation
