神经康复科

一、科室概况神经康复一科(K1科)即脑血管病康复科，隶属北京博爱医院神经康复中心，是以脑血管病恢复期诊治及综合康复为特色的科室。科室主要收治脑梗死及脑出血等脑卒中恢复期患者，以及脑动脉瘤破裂出血、脑血管畸形术后、脑深静脉血栓形成等其他脑血管疾病导致的神经功能障碍患者;同时亦可收治其他神经系统损伤后功能障碍的患者，如颅脑外伤、帕金森氏病、中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病、吉兰-巴雷综合征、缺血缺氧性脑病等。科室在神经康复中心主任张通教授的带领下，成为集医疗、教学、科研于一体的脑血管病康复特色的医院重点科室，是首都医科大学康复医学院的教学基地、国家临床重点专科、国家康复专业住院医师规范化培训基地和国家药品临床试验基地。在医疗技术上，除采用药物疗法、运动疗法、作业疗法、吞咽、言语和认知训练、心理和行为疗法、悬吊运动疗法、水疗、理疗和中医等常规康复治疗手段外。科室还开展了经颅磁刺激治疗改善卒中后失语、认知和运动功能障碍，卒中后睡眠障碍和焦虑抑郁等;针对偏瘫后的肌肉痉挛，开展肌电引导下肉毒毒素局部注射治疗;针对严重肩关节半脱位、手指屈曲挛缩、足下垂及内翻等各种异常姿势或模式，与假肢矫形科合作，提供个体化的评估及矫形治疗;科室对卒中后睡眠障碍诊治经验丰富，尤其是卒中伴睡眠呼吸暂停筛查和干预;同时还开展反馈式功能性电刺激治疗、虚拟现实技术、音乐治疗、智能机器人技术等国际上先进的康复治疗技术，极大地提高了患者的生活质量。在教学和科研方面，承担着本科生、硕士生和博士生的教学和科研工作。先后主持了国家科技支撑项目、国家自然科学基金项目、首都医学发展基金项目、财政部课题等多项科研项目，以及多项国际及国内合作课题。二、科室人员设置神经康复中心主任：张通神经康复一科副主任：刘丽旭护士长：张璐医师：12人。主任医师1名，副主任医师3名，主治医师5名，住院医师3名。均为研究生学历，其中博士7人，硕士5人。护士：护士20人，主管护师3人，护师11人，护士6人。开放床位：71张。Neurologicalrehabilitationdepartment1March.20181.DepartmentOverviewTheDepartmentofNeurologicalRehabilitationdeportment1(K1),knownastheRehabilitationDepartmentofCerebrovascularDiseases,isaffiliatedwiththeNeurorehabilitationCenterofBeijingBoAiHospital,whichisspecializinginthediagnosisandtreatment,andcomprehensiverehabilitationofcerebrovasculardiseases.Thedepartmentmainlytreatsvarioustypesofpoststrokepatientsandpatientswithotherneurologicaldisorders,suchastraumaticbraininjury,Parkinson"sdisease,demyelinatingdiseasesofthecentralnervoussystem,Guillain-Barresyndrome,andhypoxic-ischemicencephalopathy.Thedepartment,undertheleadershipofProfessorZhangTong,thedirectoroftheNeurologicalRehabilitationCenter,hasbecomethekeydepartmentfortherehabilitationofcerebrovasculardiseaseinhospital，integratingmedical,teaching,andscientificresearch.ItisalsotheteachingbaseoftheRehabilitationMedicineSchoolofCapitalMedicalUniversity,anationalkeyclinicalspecialty,anationalRehabilitationprofessionalresidentstandardizationtrainingbaseandnationaldrugclinicaltrialbase.Intermsofmedicaltechnology,ourdepartmentnotonlyhasconventionalrehabilitationmethodssuchasdrugtherapy,exercisetherapy,occupationaltherapy,swallowing,speechandcognitivetraining,psychologicalandbehavioraltherapy,Suspensionexercisetherapy,hydrotherapy,physiotherapy,andtraditionalChinesemedicine,butalsocarriesouttranscranialmagneticstimulationtoimprovepoststrokeaphasia,cognitiveandmotordysfunction,sleepdisorders,anxietyanddepression,etc.Besides,localelectromyography-guidedinjectionofbotulinumtoxinwasperformedformusclespasmafterhemiplegia.Wealsocooperatewithprostheticorthopedicsdepartmenttoprovideindividualizedassessmentandorthopedictreatmentforpatientswhohasfingerflexioncontracture,footdropandvarus,andotherabnormalposturesorpatterns.What’smore,feedback-typefunctionalelectricalstimulationtherapy,virtualrealitytechnology,musictherapy,intelligentrobottechnologyandotherinternationaladvancedrehabilitationtechnologiesarealsobeingdevelopedinourdepartment,whichgreatlyimprovethequalityoflifeofpatients.TheDepartmentofNeurologicalRehabilitationdeportment1(K1)undertakesteachingandresearchworkforundergraduates,masterstudents,anddoctoralstudents,whileitsuccessivelyholdsanumberofscientificresearchprojectssuchastheNationalScienceandTechnologySupportProject,theNationalNaturalScienceFundProject,theCapitalMedicalDevelopmentFundProject,theMinistryofFinanceandmanyotherinternationalanddomesticcooperationprojects.2.ThedepartmentstaffsettingsTheDirectorofNeurorehabilitationCenter:ZhangTongTheDeputyDirectoroftheDepartment1ofNeurologicalRehabilitation:LiuLixuTheHeadnurse:ZhangluPhysicians:12.Thereare1chiefphysician,3deputychiefphysicians,5attendingphysiciansand3residentphysicians.Allofthemaregraduatestudents,including7doctorsand5masters.Nurses:20.including3supervisornurses,11seniornurses,and6nurses.Thenumberofbeds:71.Expertsconsultationinformation:HeJingjie:MondaymorningLiuLixu:MondayafternoonHuXueyan:Thursdayafternoon科室名称：神经康复中心神经康复二科科室概况：神经康复二科是以各种神经系统常见病和疑难病症的诊治、评价与康复为特色，集医疗、科研和教学为一体的科室。现有床位48张。临床业务：针对脑血管病、各种类型的痴呆、帕金森病、运动神经元病、脱髓鞘疾病、神经肌肉疾病、神经系统感染性疾病、缺血缺氧性脑病、脑外伤以及各种内科疾病所导致的神经系统功能障碍和并发症等，在诊断和定期评价基础上，进行个体化、针对性和系统性的综合康复。科研和教学：承担和参与国家支撑计划和国家自然基金项目10余项，省部级项目30余项，发表SCI论文20余篇，国内核心期刊60余篇。获得国家实用新型专利1项和计算机软件著作权3项。指导和培养博士研究生6名、硕士所研究生20余名、进修医师和护师近百名。科室人员组成：医师9名：包括主任医师1名、副主任医师2名、主治医师3名、住院医师3名;护士16名：包括主管护师4名;护师和护士12名。科室座右铭：团结协作、温馨服务、求实创新核心价值观：心系病人、至诚至信、至情至爱服务理念：以热情的态度接待病人;以细致的服务护理病人;以娴熟的技术医治病人;将优质服务提供给病人。Neural-RehabilitationDepartment2ofNeural-RehabilitationCenterGeneralIntroduction：Neural-RehabilitationDepartment2isadepartmentspecializinginthediagnosis,treatment,evaluationandrehabilitationofvariouskindsofcommonandintractablenervoussystemdiseases,integratingmedicaltreatment,scientificresearchandteaching.Thereare48bedsavailable.Clinicalbusiness：Weconductrehabilitationforthedisfunctionsresultfromvariouskindsofnervoussystemdiseases，suchasCerebrovasculardisease,varioustypesofdementia,Parkinson"sdisease,motorneurondisease,demyelinatingdisease,neuromusculardisease,nervoussysteminfection,hypoxicischemicencephalopathy,traumaticbraininjuryandnervoussystemcomplicationsduetovarietyofmedicaldisorders.Onthebasisofdiag
