科室简介
一、科室概况
神经康复一科(K1科)即脑血管病康复科，隶属北京博爱医院神经康复中心，是以脑血管病恢复期诊治及综合康复为特色的科室。科室主要收治脑梗死及脑出血等脑卒中恢复期患者，以及脑动脉瘤破裂出血、脑血管畸形术后、脑深静脉血栓形成等其他脑血管疾病导致的神经功能障碍患者;同时亦可收治其他神经系统损伤后功能障碍的患者，如颅脑外伤、帕金森氏病、中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病、吉兰-巴雷综合征、缺血缺氧性脑病等。科室在神经康复中心主任张通教授的带领下，成为集医疗、教学、科研于一体的脑血管病康复特色的医院重点科室，是首都医科大学康复医学院的教学基地、国家临床重点专科、国家康复专业住院医师规范化培训基地和国家药品临床试验基地。
在医疗技术上，除采用药物疗法、运动疗法、作业疗法、吞咽、言语和认知训练、心理和行为疗法、悬吊运动疗法、水疗、理疗和中医等常规康复治疗手段外。科室还开展了经颅磁刺激治疗改善卒中后失语、认知和运动功能障碍，卒中后睡眠障碍和焦虑抑郁等;针对偏瘫后的肌肉痉挛，开展肌电引导下肉毒毒素局部注射治疗;针对严重肩关节半脱位、手指屈曲挛缩、足下垂及内翻等各种异常姿势或模式，与假肢矫形科合作，提供个体化的评估及矫形治疗;科室对卒中后睡眠障碍诊治经验丰富，尤其是卒中伴睡眠呼吸暂停筛查和干预;同时还开展反馈式功能性电刺激治疗、虚拟现实技术、音乐治疗、智能机器人技术等国际上先进的康复治疗技术，极大地提高了患者的生活质量。
在教学和科研方面，承担着本科生、硕士生和博士生的教学和科研工作。先后主持了国家科技支撑项目、国家自然科学基金项目、首都医学发展基金项目、财政部课题等多项科研项目，以及多项国际及国内合作课题。

1.Department Overview
The Department of Neurological Rehabilitation deportment 1(K1), known as the Rehabilitation Department of Cerebrovascular Diseases, is affiliated with the Neurorehabilitation Center of Beijing Bo Ai Hospital, which is specializing in the diagnosis and treatment ,and comprehensive rehabilitation of cerebrovascular diseases. The department mainly treats various types of post stroke patients and patients with other neurological disorders, such as traumatic brain injury, Parkinson"s disease, demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system, Guillain-Barre syndrome, and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. The department, under the leadership of Professor Zhang Tong, the director of the Neurological Rehabilitation Center, has become the key department for the rehabilitation of cerebrovascular disease in hospital ，integrating medical, teaching, and scientific research. It is also the teaching base of the Rehabilitation Medicine School of Capital Medical University, a national key clinical specialty, a national Rehabilitation professional resident standardization training base and national drug clinical trial base.
In terms of medical technology, our department not only has conventional rehabilitation methods such as drug therapy, exercise therapy, occupational therapy, swallowing, speech and cognitive training, psychological and behavioral therapy, Suspension exercise therapy, hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, and traditional Chinese medicine, but also carries out transcranial magnetic stimulation to improve post stroke aphasia, cognitive and motor dysfunction, sleep disorders, anxiety and depression, etc. Besides, local electromyography-guided injection of botulinum toxin was performed for muscle spasm after hemiplegia. We also cooperate with prosthetic orthopedics department to provide individualized assessment and orthopedic treatment for patients who has finger flexion contracture, foot drop and varus, and other abnormal postures or patterns. What’s more, feedback-type functional electrical stimulation therapy, virtual reality technology, music therapy, intelligent robot technology and other international advanced rehabilitation technologies are also being developed in our department, which greatly improve the quality of life of patients.
The Department of Neurological Rehabilitation deportment 1(K1) undertakes teaching and research work for undergraduates, master students, and doctoral students, while it successively holds a number of scientific research projects such as the National Science and Technology Support Project, the National Natural Science Fund Project, the Capital Medical Development Fund Project, the Ministry of Finance and many other international and domestic cooperation projects.

科室概况：神经康复二科是以各种神经系统常见病和疑难病症的诊治、评价与康复为特色，集医疗、科研和教学为一体的科室。现有床位48张。
临床业务：针对脑血管病、各种类型的痴呆、帕金森病、运动神经元病、脱髓鞘疾病、神经肌肉疾病、神经系统感染性疾病、缺血缺氧性脑病、脑外伤以及各种内科疾病所导致的神经系统功能障碍和并发症等，在诊断和定期评价基础上，进行个体化、针对性和系统性的综合康复。
科研和教学：承担和参与国家支撑计划和国家自然基金项目10余项，省部级项目30余项，发表SCI论文20余篇，国内核心期刊60余篇。获得国家实用新型专利1项和计算机软件著作权3项。指导和培养博士研究生6名、硕士所研究生20余名、进修医师和护师近百名。

Neural-Rehabilitation Department 2 of Neural-Rehabilitation Center
General Introduction：Neural-Rehabilitation Department 2 is a department specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, evaluation and rehabilitation of various kinds of common and intractable nervous system diseases, integrating medical treatment, scientific research and teaching. There are 48 beds available.
Clinical business：We conduct rehabilitation for the disfunctions result from various kinds of nervous system diseases，such as Cerebrovascular disease, various types of dementia, Parkinson"s disease, motor neuron disease, demyelinating disease, neuromuscular disease, nervous system infection, hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, traumatic brain injury and nervous system complications due to variety of medical disorders. On the basis of diagnosis and periodic evaluation, individualized, targeted and systematic comprehensive rehabilitation will be carried out.
Research and teaching：We have undertaken and participated in more than 10 national support programs and National Natural Science Foundation projects, more than 30 provincial and ministerial level projects, published more than 20 SCI papers, and over 60 domestic core journals. Obtained 1 national utility model patent and 3 computer software copyrights. We guided and trained 6 doctoral students, more than 20 postgraduates, and nearly 100 training doctors and nurses.

北京博爱医院神经康复三科(K3)是以脑外伤康复为重点的康复科室，主要收治亚急性期和恢复期脑外伤患者，也包括脑卒中、缺血缺氧性脑病等其他神经损伤患者。科室张皓主任已从事神经康复20余年，对脑卒中、脑外伤等康复治疗有较为丰富的临床经验。科室的医疗、教学、科研全面发展，重点对脑外伤后功能障碍和并发症进行全面的评定与康复治疗，对脑损伤后精神行为异常、认知障碍等治疗取得一定的经验，同时对脑外伤康复的流程、康复效果、外伤后吞咽障碍、脑积水、内分泌功能障碍、植物状态康复等进行了深入研究，现承担并参与多项国家级和北京市级课题，主编和主译了《神经康复学》、《脑卒中康复—基于功能的方法》等专著。科室以“全心全意为患者服务”为宗旨，以团结协作的康复医疗团队为基础，加强与其他学科的协作，按照国外现代康复治疗的模式，进行科学、系统、全面的康复治疗，尽最大努力帮助患者减轻痛苦，恢复机体功能，以最佳状态尽早回归家庭和社会。
Department of TBI Rehabilitation
Our department is focus on TBI rehabilitation and maybe the first one specialized in TBI rehabilitation in China, the main patients are acute and subacute TBI patients. Professor Zhang Hao is the leader of our department, she has extensive clinical experience in neurological rehabilitation, such as stroke, traumatic brain injury for more than 20 years. We got development with medical, teaching and research, focus on evaluation and treatment of complications and disorders of TBI, especially mental and behavioral abnormality, cognitive disorder, swallowing dysfunction, hydrocephalus, endocrine dysfunction, vegetative state, as well as process and effect of TBI rehabilitation. Now we are responsible and involved in national and Beijing municipal issues, edit and translate the books of neuro-rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation-method based on function. We dedicate to patient service for the purpose of solidarity based on the medical team collaboration, strengthen collaboration with other departments, in accordance with the model of modern rehabilitation treatment abroad, with scientific, systematic and comprehensive rehabilitation, do our best to help patients relieve suffering, regain functions, return to their families and society as soon as possible.
