科室特色：消化内科专业特色：（1）冠心病抗凝治疗与消化道出血的风险评估及诊治；（2）胃肠疾病合并心脏疾患时内镜操作风险的评估与治疗；(3) 无痛内镜、内镜下各种微创治疗技术（ERCP、EMR、ESD、EUS-FNA、MBM）等；（4）消化道及肝胆疾病的诊治；(5)非酒精性脂肪肝、代谢综合症与糖尿病；（6）糖尿病胃肠动力障碍的诊治； 新技术包括：ERCP-内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术。CT仿真小肠镜 超声内镜
消化内科是北京安贞医院的一级学科，也是首都医科大学内科学（消化系病）博士培养点、北京市大内科住院医师规范化培训基地，北京市首批通过四级技术认证的消化内镜中心。我科由消化科专科门诊、专家门诊、消化病房、消化内镜中心、胃肠动力室、C13呼气室和消化系病教研室等几部分组成，并设有胃肠动力、胃食管反流病及幽门螺杆菌、脂肪肝专病特色门诊。消化内科共有包括博士生导师及教授在内医护人员38人，高级职称专家5人。专业覆盖消化内镜、胃肠动力、胃肠病变、小肠疾病及肝胆胰腺疾病等多方面，全年门诊量超过10余万人次，病种覆盖反流性食管炎、慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、幽门螺杆菌感染、脂肪性肝炎、酒精性肝病、肝硬化、腹腔积液、慢性腹泻、便秘、克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎、缺血性结肠炎、胃肠道息肉、胃肠道肿瘤、急性及慢性胰腺炎、胰腺肿瘤（胰腺癌、胰腺导管内乳头状瘤IPMN、胰腺浆液性囊腺瘤）、胆总管结石、急性化脓性胆管炎等消化系统常见病及危重疾病。消化内科门诊节假日全年无休，周末有专科门诊开放，均由主治医师以上专业人员出诊。为满足患者需求，我科挖掘潜力尽量缩短内镜检查预约时间，目前C13呼气试验当日可取结果，胶囊内镜检查预约2日内，胃镜检查预约在1周以内，结肠镜检查预约2周以内，目前我科消化内镜中心拥有国内最先进的设备，可开展包括电子胃镜、电子结肠镜、电子小肠镜、十二指肠镜、电子超声内镜等多项内镜检查与治疗技术，目前全年完成各种消化内镜的检查与治疗超过10000例，擅长对消化道肿瘤(包括消化道早癌、间质瘤、平滑肌瘤、侧向发育型息肉等)内镜下微创切除术及胰胆疾病的内镜下治疗术，开展了EMR、ESD、IDUS、EUS-FNA、DBE、ERCP、多环套扎切除术MBM、金属及塑料支架的置入、肝硬化食管胃底曲张静脉出血的套扎硬化治疗等多项技术，在消化道大出血的救治方面处于国内领先水平，尤其擅长对双抗合并消化道出血的诊治。科室还承担首都医科大学及第六临床医学院的医教研防等任务，负责首都医科大学博士研究生、硕士研究生、预防及临床医疗系本科生、国际学院留学生的教学工作。科室承担着包括国家自然基金在内的多项科研课题，每年在国内外核心期刊发表包括SCI在内的学术论文10余篇。

Department of gastroenterology of Beijing An Zhen hospital affiliated to the Capital Medical University, predecessor of general internal medicine, became a first division of the hospital sections to diagnose and treat digestive diseases in 2012,June. It shoulders the work related to medical, teaching, scientific research, prevention and rehabilitation associated with digestive diseases.
Department of gastroenterology consists of ward, general outpatient clinic, expert outpatient service, digestive endoscopy center and gastrointestinal dynamics laboratory. There are more than 30 inpatient beds in the ward. We have a wealth of clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases and difficult miscellaneous diseases. Since the department of gastroenterology is the predecessor of general internal medicine, our level of diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and related complications is approved by the old patients. Giving consideration to both digestive diseases and diabetes is a characteristic of our department.
At present, our department is comprised of 16 doctors with 6 senior professional titles(2 full professor, 2 graduate tutors, 4 associate professor and deputy director of physicians), 6 medium grade professional titles and 4 primary titles . More than 90% of them have master"s or doctor"s degree. We have 19 nurses, including 5 charge nurses, 9 nursing practitioners and 5 nurses. More than 90% of them have a college degree or above and one of them is a master student. Department of gastroenterology has a good academic team, reasonable personnel structure and our subject reach the domestic advanced level.
Outpatient clinic: located on the 6th floor of the new outpatient building and including 6 independent consulting room in total( 4 general outpatient clinics and 2 expert outpatient clinics)
Whole day clinics from Monday to Sunday have been set up. Daily outpatient amount is about 600 patients and weekend outpatient amount is about 200-300 patients. There are expert outpatient services everyday. Digestive outpatient clinic also routinely carry out 13C helicobacter pylori expiration test, H2-expiration test and so on.
Gastrointestinal Dynamics Laboratory: We have advanced esophageal sphincter pressure measurement equipment, 24 hour esophageal pH monitoring equipment, anal and rectal pressure measuring equipment. The relevant inspection items are carry out.

Digestive endoscopy center: Carrying out various electronic gastroscopy, colonoscopy and endoscopic treatment, endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS), endoscopic ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration biopsy (EUS-FNA), endoscopic ultrasound guided drainage of pancreatic cyst, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), endoscopic biliary and pancreatic duct stone surgery, endoscopic hemostasis, endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR), endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), endoscopic operation to remove foreign bodies, lesion localization by endoscopy(including endoscopy combined with operation), percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG), electronic enteroscopy, metal stent implantation under endoscopy (esophageal, Helicobacter, colon), painless endoscopic gastrointestinal endoscopy, endoscopic ultrasonography submucosal tumor resection, Multi-band mucosectomy(MBM) of early esophageal cancer, capsule endoscopy etc.
