科室特色：妇科开展多种腹腔镜操作技术，包括妇科良性肿瘤、早期恶性肿瘤腹腔镜下淋巴清扫术等。我科积累了大量的卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌的治疗经验，在应用腹腔镜等微创方法治疗早期子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌以及年轻妇科恶性肿瘤患者保留生育功能等方面做了大量工作。Novasure(三维双极射频子宫内膜去除术)是我科2011年开展的治疗功能失调性子宫出血的新技术，此项技术一次完成，手术时间短，并发症少，术后疼痛轻，麻醉简单，现已完成该项手术百余例，患者术后生活质量改善显著，满意度高。产科于2007年成为北京市妊娠合并心脏病孕产妇转会诊中心、北京市朝阳区危重孕产妇转会诊中心。近年来，成功救治十几例妊娠合并原发性肺动脉高压(重度)患者，该病例平均死亡率50-80%，我院现该病种死亡率控制在30%以内;曾成功救治妊娠合并严重心脏瓣膜疾病的孕妇，在剖宫产手术同时实施开胸瓣膜手术;孕中晚期严重心衰孕妇，在多学科合作下行心脏手术，保留胎儿，最终母儿平安。计划生育科：尤其擅长应用宫腔镜、腹腔镜等妇科微创手术处理疑难计划生育并发症，如宫内节育器嵌顿、断裂、异位的处理，高危的人工流产术，宫角妊娠，子宫瘢痕部位妊娠等2011年新门诊楼手术室启用，我科拥有具有层流消毒设备的门诊手术室，设施先进。每日由妇产科专家、麻醉医师及护士组成的工作团队，进行无痛宫腔镜、计划生育等手术，可在超声监测下进行，安全可靠。术后为患者提供现代舒适的休息室，让患者在温馨的环境中享受到热情周到的服务。Gynecology:Wehavecarriedoutavarietyofgynecologicallaparoscopicoperation,includinggynecologicalbenigntumoroperations,pelviclymphadenectomyofearlygynecologicalmalignanttumor，operationsforpreservingfertilityfunctioninyoungpatientswithgynecologicmalignanttumors,andsoon.In2011,wecarriedoutanewtechnologynamedNovasurewhichisusedtotreatdysfunctionaluterinebleeding.Thistechnologycancurethepatientinoncetimewithashortoperationtime,lesscomplications,lesspostoperativepain,andcorrespondinglyquickerrecovery.Obstetrics:In2007,webecametheBeijingtransferandconsultationcenterformaternalwomencomplicatedwithheartdisease,severematernaltransferandconsultationcenterofChaoyangdistrict.Inrecentyears,wehavesavedsuccessfulmorethanadozenofcasesofpregnancywithprimaryseverepulmonaryhypertension.Theaveragemortalityofprimaryseverepulmonaryhypertensionis50-80%,butinourhospital,it’sbelow30%.Weachievedgreatsuccessinrescueonecaseofpregnancycomplicatedwithsevereaorticvalvestenosis.TheObstetriciansdidcesareansection,atthesametimetheCardiothoracicsurgeonstookathoracotomyandvalverepairoperation.Pregnantwomenwithsevereheartfailureinlatepregnancy,heartsurgeryissuccessedwithmultidisciplinarycooperation,retainedfetus,motherandchildrenultimatelypeace.Familyplanning:Weareespeciallygoodattreatingdifficultcomplicationsoffamilyplanningoperationsbyhysteroscopyandlaparoscopy,suchasIUDincarceration,IUDfracture,andheterotopicIUD.Wealsohandlehigh-riskabortion,cornualpregnancyandCSP.Wepromotepainlesshysteroscopyoperationandpainlessinducedabortioninourindependentoutpatientoperationroomsafterthecompletionofthenewoutpatientbuildingin2011.Ourdepartmenthaswithlaminarflowoutpatientoperatingroomdisinfectionequipment.Theteambytheobstetricsandgynecologyspecialists,anesthesiologistsandnurses,takethepainlesshysteroscopy,familyplanningsurgery,thepatientoffersmodernandcomfortablelounge,sothatpatientsenjoythewarmandwelcomingenvironmentinattentiveservice.北京安贞医院妇产科创立于1984年12月01日，随着安贞医院的蓬勃发展，妇产科实力日益壮大，已经成长为一个集医疗、教学、科研为一体的开展治疗项目齐全的综合型临床科室，在国内妇产科学界的影响力与日俱增。作为技术全面、服务优良的综合性科室，目前不仅能完成各种重大手术、各种急危重症病人的抢救、罕见病例的诊治等，而且多年来在腹腔镜、宫腔镜、阴道镜等妇科微创手术方面积累了丰富的经验，并行成了专科特色。自1997年开展腔镜手术至今17年来，共完成腔镜手术10000余例。产科于2007年成为北京市妊娠合并心脏病孕产妇转会诊中心、北京市朝阳区危重孕产妇转会诊中心，成立了以主管院长为首的抢救小组，开通危重孕产妇抢救通道，24小时待命，仅2013年成功救治危重孕产妇87人，无可避免孕产妇死亡，在妊娠合并心脏病方面处于国际领先水平。目前，安贞医院妇产科已成为以妇科微创、腔镜手术为特色，同时在妇科恶性肿瘤手术、化疗、生殖内分泌、不孕不育及高危产科等方面都居国内前列的综合性科室。科室对妇产科疾病治疗充分体现个性化、人性化原则，科室护理能良好地配合医疗，深受患者欢迎。安贞医院妇产科现有床位80张，医护人员75人。其中医师29人，硕士以上学历占60%以上，高级职称占30%以上。人才梯队合理，既有经验丰富的专家、教授，又有充满朝气的年轻医师。我们以追求卓越医疗、提供优质服务为己任，医患互敬。TheObstetricsandGynecologyDepartmentofBeijingAnZhenHospitalaffiliatedtoCapitalMedicalUniversitywasfoundedonDecember1,1984.WiththerapiddevelopmentoftheAnZhenHospital,wehavebecomeanintegrateddepartmentinvarywayincludingmedicalcare,research,andeducation.Atpresent,withcomprehensivetechnologiesandexcellentservices，wecandealwithallkindsofmajoroperationsandcureacute,criticalandrarecases,speciallyaccumulaterichexperiencesintheoperationsoflaparoscopic,hysteroscopy,colposcopy.Overtheyears,minimallyinvasivesurgicaltreatmentisacharacteristicofourdepartment.Since1997,wehavecompletedtotallymorethan10000casesofendoscopicoperations.In2007,webecametheBeijingtransferandconsultationcenterformaternalwomencomplicatedwithheartdisease,severematernaltransferandconsultationcenterofChaoyangdistrict.WeestablishedtherescueteamwhichisinchargeofthedirectorofourhospitalandopenedtheSevereMaternalRescueEasyAccess,24hoursstandby.Speciallyin2013,wehavetreated87severematernitiessuccessful.Noonediedunavoidably.OurdepartmenthaspossessedtheleadingpositionInternationalinpregnancycomplicatedwithheartdisease.Nowadaysourdepartmentfeaturesintheareaofgynecologicalminimallyinvasiveoperationandendoscopicoperations,atthesametimewehavepossessedtheleadingpositionsdomesticallyingynecologicalmalignanttumoroperation,chemotherapy,ReproductiveEndocrinology,InfertilityandtreatmentofHighRiskObstetrics.Ourdepartmentiswelcomedbypatientsbecauseofourpersonalizedtreatment,humanizedprinciple,andgoodteamcooperationabilitybetweencureandnurse.Nowwehave80bedsincludingGynecologicalandobstetricalbed.Ourdepartmentisstaffedby29physicians,Master"sdegreeorabove60%,andSenioraccountedfor30%.Wehavebothexperiencedprofessors,angvibrantyoungphysician.Westriveforexcellencemedicalmissiontoprovidequalityservices,mutualrespectbetweendoctorsandpatients.作为首都医科大学妇产科硕士学位培养单位、卫生部妇科内镜培训基地及北京市住院医师妇产科培训基地。现在读研究生13名，毕业20余名。每年接受进修医生10余名，为全国各地培养腔镜医师600余名。作为住院医师妇产科培训基地，每年培养住院医师数名。科室非常注重年轻医师的培养，在人员紧张的情况下，仍支持在职医师外出深造，分别选派医生赴加州大学、首尔大学学习。我科现承担多项国家级、省部级课题，近年来完成各类课题20余项，在研课题7项。在各类医学杂志发表多篇SCI、中华系列文章。AsanauthorizationcenterforMaster"sdegreeofObstetricsandGynecologyofCapitalMedicalUniversity,wehavetrainedmorethan40postgraduates,morethan20ofthemweregraduated.AsagynecologicendoscopytrainingbasedesignatedbytheMinistryofHealth,wehavetrainedabout600endoscopistsfromalloverthecountryandrecruitmorethan10advanceddoctorseachyear.AsanObstetricsandGynecologyresidencytrainingbaseofBeijing，wetrainseveralresidentphysicianseveryyear.Wealsopaygreatattentiontocultivatingyoungphysicians.Inthetensesituation,westillsendonjobphysicianstostudyabroad.Wealsoundertakeresearchofkeyprojectsofnationalandprovinciallevel.Inrecentyears，wehavecompletedmorethan20projects.Now7researchesareon-going.WehavepublishedSCI、seriesofChineseJournalarticles.1997年，我科以克氏针代替进口设备开展了国内首例妇科无气腹腹腔镜手术。此后，我科设计并与我院器材科共同研制了无气腹腹壁提拉装置。自2000年以来，成功主办了"中国-澳大利亚-亚太地区微创论坛"、"中-日腹壁悬吊式免气腹腹腔镜学术会议""北京五洲心血管病研讨会妇产科分会暨妊娠合并心脏病的管理与诊治研讨会"等国际、国内研讨会20余次。In1997,wecarriedoutthefirstgynecologicalgaslesslaparoscopicoperationwithKirschnerwireinsteadofimportedequipmentinChina.Afterthat,wedesignedtheliftingdevicewithEquipmentdepartment.Since2000,wehavesuccessfullyhostedinternationalandnationalconferencesformorethan20times,suchas"Chinese-Australia-AsiaPacificForumforMinimallyInvasiveSurgery","China-JapanGaslessLaparoscopyNewAdvancementConference","Five-ContinentInternationalSymposiumonCardiovascularDiseasesObstetricsandGynecologySession-SeminaronDiagnosisandTreatmentofPregnancyAssociatedwithCardiacDisease".
