检验科

科室特色：心血管疾病实验室诊断LaboratoryDiagnosisofCardiovascularDisease首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院检验科，是集临床检验、教学和科研工作为一体的综合发展的医学实验室。检验科始建于1984年，目前实验室占地面积1612平方米，其中试验场地1284平方米。工作人员66名，拥有高级职称5名，中级职称33名，其中7名获得高校教师岗前培训合格证书;拥有博士4名，硕士6名，本科21名。检验科设有临床血液体液、临床化学(TLA)、临床微生物、临床免疫和细胞分子遗传学五个专业组。检验科开展的检验项目数近300个，主要仪器设备88台(套)，2013年检验科完成常规检验25153222件。检验科在二十多年的发展历程中，不断引进检验新技术，坚持走"医、教、研"相结合的道路，科室建设坚持"科有特色、人有专长"的思路，注重创造自身的特色。检验科配备有国内最先进的全实验室自动化系统，全面实现网络化管理，在自动化和信息管理方面积累了丰富的经验。检验科始终将不断提高检验质量作为工作的动力和目标，积极参加室间质评和室间比对等实验室外部能力验证活动。检验科重视人才培养和人力资源管理，鼓励检验师的专业发展，开展多种形式的继续教育。2013年检验科再次获得国家认可委颁发的医学实验室认可证书，证明检验科的检验质量和检测能力达到了国际认可水平。检验科作为首都医科大学第六临床医学院，检验科作为实验诊断学教研组和首医临床检验诊断学系的临床基础检验教研室，先后共有8人承担过学院脱产(半脱产)教学干事工作;我科每年承担首都医科大学医疗系、预防系、临床检验诊断学系、国际学院留学生、护理本专科、北京护士学校的实验诊断学和医学检验教学工作，同时承担北京及外省市院校毕业生生产实习任务;并且承担了朝阳区检验专业社区岗位培训和短期进修工作，北京市社区检验骨干培训和继续医学教育工作。2010年12月获得北京地区临床检验技师培训基地资格，每年招收院内外规范化培训人员2-3人。检验科是个团结、进取、和谐的集体，在全体工作人员的不懈努力下不断发展和壮大。TheclinicallaboratoryofBeijingAnzhenHospital,theaffiliatedhospitalofCapitalMedicalUniversity,isanintegratedmedicallaboratorywhichcanundertakeclinicalinspectionworkaswellasrelatedteachingandresearchwork.Thelaboratorywasfoundedattheyear1984.Nowthelaboratorycovers1612squaremetresinareaandthetestfieldis1284squaremeters.Thelaboratoryiscomposedof66staffs,amongwhichthereare5personsofseniorprofessionalpost,33personsofintermediateprofessionalpost.7personshaveobtainedthecollegeteacherspre-jobtrainingcertificate.Thereare4doctors,6masters,and21undergraduatesamongthepersonnel.Ourdepartmentsets5professionalgroups,i.e.clinicalbloodandbodyfluidlaboratory,clinicalchemicallaboratory,clinicalmicrobiologylaboratory,clinicalimmunologylaboratory,andcellandmoleculargeneticslaboratory.About300itemsaredevelopedand88majorinstrumentsandequipmentsareinstalledinourdepartment.During2013,wefulfilled25,153,222routinedetectionsintotal.Sincefoundedbeforethirtyyears,thedepartmenthasbeenmaintainingtheconceptthatmedicine,teachingandresearchcombinetogether,sonewtechnologiesarebeingintroducedintoourdepartment.Inaddition,thedepartmentbuildingfollowstheidea"departmentwithspecial,staffwithskill",andemphasizesthecreationofourownfeatures.Ourtotallaboratoryautomationsystemisthemostadvancedathome.Thesystemismanagedbyoverallnetworking,thereforewehaveaccumulatedlargeexperienceinlaboratoryautomationandinformationmanagement.Asourmotiveandgoal,theclinicallaboratoryinsistsonimprovingtestqualityallthetime,andactivelyattendsoutside-laboratoryproficiencytestingactivitiessuchasinter-laboratoryqualityassessmentandinter-laboratorycomparison.Talentstrainingandhumanresourcemanagementarehighlightedinourdepartment.Thestaffisencouragedtodevelopinprofessionbycarryingoutallkindsofcontinuationeducation.In2013,theclinicallaboratoryobtainedmedicallaboratoryaccreditationcertificateissuedbyNationalAccreditationCommittee,provingtheinspectionqualityandtestabilityoftheclinicallaboratoryreachedinternationalaccreditationstandards.TheclinicallaboratoryisalsoexperimentaldiagnosticsteachingandresearchsectionandclinicallaboratorydiagnosticsteachingandresearchsectionofthesixthclinicalmedicalcollegeofCapitalMedicalUniversity(BeijingAnzhenHospital).Sofar8personsassumedteachingassistants’workoff-the-joborpartlyoff-the-job.Theclinicallaboratoryannuallyundertakestheteachingworkoftwocourses(experimentaldiagnosticsandmedicinelaboratory)forstudentsfrommedicinedepartment,preventiondepartment,ClinicalLaboratoryDiagnosticsdepartment,internationalcollege,nursingdepartment,andBeijingnursingschool.Besides,theclinicallaboratoryreceiveseniorstudentfortheirspecializedpracticeandreceiveclinicallaboratorypersonnelfromcommunityhospitalofChaoyangdistrictforshort-termadvancedstudy.TheclinicallaboratoryalsoundertakesbackbonecabaltrainingandcontinuingmedicaleducationofBeijingcommunityinspection.TheclinicallaboratorypossessedqualificationsasBeijingcityclinicallaboratorytechniciantrainingbaseinDecember2010.Sincethenwereceive2-3personsfromourorotherhospitalforstandardizationtrainingeachyear.Theclinicallaboratoryisateamwiththefeatures"unity,progress,harmony".Itisdevelopingfromstrengthtostrengththroughallmembersdevotionassiduously.我院作为首都医科大学第六临床医学院，检验科作为实验诊断学教研组和首医临床检验诊断学系的临床基础检验教研室，每年承担首都医科大学医疗系、预防系、临床检验诊断学系、国际学院留学生、护理本专科、北京护士学校的实验诊断学和医学检验教学工作，同时承担北京及外省市院校毕业生生产实习任务;并且承担了朝阳区检验专业社区岗位培训和短期进修工作，北京市社区检验骨干培训和继续医学教育工作。2010年12月获得北京地区临床检验技师培训基地资格，每年招收院内外规范化培训人员2-3人。近五年工作人员共发表论文50篇，以第一作者发表核心期刊论文30篇。近五年科室先后承担多项科研项目，包括首发基金、医院院长科技发展基金及首都医科大学基础临床合作项目;并且与临床科室合作多项课题。OurhospitalisthesixthclinicalhospitalofCapitalMedicalUniversity,ClinicalLaboratoryasanexperimentallaboratoryofdiagnosticsandclinicalteachingandDepartmentofClinicalLaboratoryScience,isresponsibleforteachingoflaboratorydiagnosticsandmedicaltestingforCapitalMedicalUniversitymedicaldepartment,theDepartmentofPrevention,DepartmentofClinicalLaboratoryScience,InternationalCollegestudents,thespecialcarestudents,studentsfromBeijingnursingschool,andalsograduatesinternshiptasksfromBeijingandotherprovinces;andtakethejobtrainingandshort-termprofessionaltrainingofcommunityworkofChaoyangDistrict,BeijingCommunityClinicalLab
